It was my first time cooming here Melissa gave us the beast customer service I have ever experience even the manager came out to great us when he found out it was our first time food was delicious and the Agua frescas are amazing definitely returning 😋

We always request Lauren when we come here. She takes great care of all our needs and pays great attention to details. Today, I saw a young woman named Ana cleaning the tables. I had to ask fir a manager, and he came to our table quickly. I explained to him how well the 2 ladies worked together, like a tag team, then how well Ana wiped down the booth and swept under the table after. She did that to every table I watched her clean. GREAT JOB DONE LADIES! Thank you both!

The place clean food is good. Our server Laila was amazing on point very attentive. We were a party of 17 people and she didn’t miss a beat no mistake on time service with a smile.

It is a nice restaurant, located in Eastland Center area of West Covina. I have visited this establishment, several times, in April of 2024, when I used to work in the area. They had a good selection of meals, mostly burgers. Of course, without burgers, they have a good selection of soups. Still, I would mostly order burgers. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. I would spend mostly between $10 to $20. Of course, I would pay the happy hour prices, since I would come here during my lunch break. Inside the establishment, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy the meals. The waiters, who would attend my table, were helpful and attentive. Of course, I cannot forget to mention, that the place was neat. So, if anyone is in the area, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The prices, too, at least during happy hour, were quite worth it.

A burger and fries usually comes in at just under $20 but there are a few cheaper and lower calorie options as well. On busy days it can take a while to get seated but worth the wait. Outdoor seating is clean if a little chilly in the winter. I bring my dog and sit out there and the employees usually offer to bring a little water bowl out for him. Note that some happy hour selections are only available at the bar, so if that's why you're there make sure to get seated accordingly.

Bartender was great! Didn't eat, just had a couple drinks at the Bar. The lemondrop was actually made perfectly. Seems simple but, a hard drink to make. Idea for the theme... add a chicken teriyaki bowl, coconut prawns and loco moco to keep up with the theme. I can get a burger anywhere.

Normally I would NEVER give a bad review.. but I'm hoping this will help the restaurant. The food was very bland, overcooked and took forever to come out. I have to say, I've eaten at the Islands in Long Beach, and it was AMAZING! So I was really disappointed here. Especially because I hyped it up to my family and it was their first time here. They probably won't be back. 😥I, however, believe in second chances. So I'll try again. If it's better, I'll absolutely change this review. Sorry guys... Re review: 12/7/2022 Went for dinner tonight. Let me just say... they redeemed themselves 100%!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 The food was DELICIOUS!! Everything was made/cooked/served exactly the way we ordered it.
