Came here for the first time with my family and had a great experience! Greeted upon arrival and seated right away. Our server KEVIN was just the greatest all around, really upbeat and even joked around with us and never rushed us with our drink or food orders. He came and refilled all our drinks without us having to ask. He was on it the entire visit 😁 so thank you for such an amazing dining experience KEVIN! The food arrived in a timely manner for it being so busy. Everything we had was cooked to perfection! All the steaks were delicious down to all the sides we had. The seasoned rice and green beans were delicious! Highly recommend sides. We will definitely be visiting everytime we want good steaks!

Personally I would have went without the rattlesnake bites and Long Islands but that’s just because I’m stuffed from the 16 oz prime rib with sides. They even gave a 10% discount to service members. We were able to eat 12 rolls.

The food was delicious. I especially loved the chicken and ribs. Green beans were just ok, not the greatest. Steak was pretty small for a 6oz. Price was great for all we got though.

For me the best thing was the buns with butter that are served prior to the main dishes. I would definitely go back just for that. I had a chicken burger and it was nothing special, but my friend had a steak and she really liked it. Also, the potato wages are really good as well. The staff is really nice and it’s a good atmosphere. The wait time can be a little long at this location, but it’s worth trying it.

My husband and I went for our anniversary for the first time. They were busy but everyone was very nice and we were sat quickly. Our server helped us with ordering since it was our first time. The food was amazing. I definitely will be back with the whole family.

Very busy doesn't die down till round 830pm. The food came out pretty fast and was very good, exactly what you'd expect. The $5 L.I.T drinks are not $5 , more like $9. That was the only disappointment. Everything else was satisfactory

Our dining experience last night at Texas Roadhouse was extremely disappointing, to say the very least. Our party of 4 arrived and got seated quickly after joining the waitlist on the app. We were so excited to eat together because we were visiting family from out of town. After our appetizer and a long wait, 2 of our people received their food and waited for ours to be polite. Finally, when theirs started to get cold, they decided to eat. After they ate, our food still had not arrived, and we asked to speak to the manager and were completely ignored by management. Our server came back and told us that our meal would be comped, so she would box it up and send it with us. After another long wait, we received our food and went home to eat. At home, we discovered a completely rare (raw) cheeseburger, barely cooked without the requested toppings, which went in the trash. We couldn't remember a time that had this type of negligent service and waste of 2 hours of our lives. A happy family meal time gone bad. The picture represents the empty table.

Super polite and helpful staff! Good was great! Service for a drink.. slow, but they were packed. Anything other than alcohol came quickly, and the waitress was on it! It's winter, and they had the A/C on. When asked, they told me it's because they had to? Other than that i will be coming back
