Tahoe Joe's, April 21, 2024 Me & my family & some friends had all came here after a (celebration of my niece's life) so they had put 5 table's together to accommodate all of us & our server she was so "Awesome" as everyone else that had helped out with getting us all seated & then with our food orders! The "bread rolls & butter" they are so delicious & so was all of the other food dishes the everyone had got & plus a couple of appetizers to start with. So "Thank You" Tahoe Joe's for our server & making our day/afternoon a little bit easier with great food & great service & making some great memories. Note: the Fish & Chips they are the bomb! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & 💯%+ Great Job! 😎👍

My family took me out to Tahoe Joe's in Visalia, CA for my birthday last year. I was excited because I'm a big fan of prime rib. We sat down and the waiter was very pleasant. He was very helpful. We all ordered the prime rib dinner along with several appetizers and drinks. The appetizers were a bit tasteless, but satisfactory. Then, the main course came. I've always known prime rib to be a thick cut of steak. What we received was a thinly layered piece of meat that resembled sliced roast beef. The meat was tough, hard to cut, thinly sliced. It was so overcooked, that the meat was curled up. I called the waiter over to ask him if what we had had on our plates was in fact Prime rib. He said yes. I have to say, I was highly disappointed in the quality of the Prime rib. It tasted nothing like Prime rib, looked nothing like prime rib, but with the price of prime rib. I was highly disappointed! I do not think I will ever be returning to Tahoe Joe's again.

Empty restaurant and they seated our family of three and then added two big parties of 8 plus one on each side of us elbow to elbow I mean there was lots of open space all around. Parties are loud by nature and we could not even enjoy our meal or talk over the noise. There was no reason for us to be seated like that other than it was later in the evening and they didn't want to clean any other areas so they stuffed us all in one tiny corner. Food was mediocre, my brother and I both ordered a steak and neither one of us finished because just wasn't that great. My extended family says good things about this place but my experience was not that great. The young man that was our server tried really hard to get things right he was about the only one trying.

First time and it was delicious. From the time we entered to the time we left the service was great. Fast and very attentive to our needs and wants. Service was amazing. The quality of the food was beyond what I was expecting honestly. Overall greatness.

Dinner can get pricey for two with an appetitizer, two entrees, and a pie. Spent over $120 and wasn't quite satisfied with the meal. Steak was slightly overcooked and underseasoned. Fried calamari was interesting, not as imagined.....good favor but soggy, not very "fried". Fries were great but the smashed potatoes were under seasons and rough. Depends on your liking but this is not for me.

Wow what a great place to eat. The decor is rustic and homey feeling. Our waiter was awesome. We did the dinner for 2 for $75 and had plenty of food for us. The Joe's steak is so tender and good.

I stopped in for Happy Hour on a Saturday. The bar area was very clean. The food we ordered was railroad shrimp and fish tacos and cheeseburger. The food came out fast and hot. We even got the Sourdough buns when we first sat down.
