Sizzler - Newly Remodeled!

Sizzler in Visailia remodeled, Guy taking orders when you walk in was not very friendly, half the lobby was closed, most of the tables were not cleaned, The cheese toast was cold and they limit you to 2 slices, out waitress was the only one who talked to us, gave her a good tip, they had taco's shells but no taco meat, there was no Jello, no Vanilla ice cream, the chocolate was like brown water, I could go on............ I will not return, I saw a Texas Road House on my way out, goin to give them a try

We had a not great server. We waited for twenty minutes before we had to get him. Then another ten for him to come to the table after getting a hold of him. Our table had regular orders as well as the salad bar. When he finally brought our entrees, they were cold. The salad bar isn't what it used to be. The service is terrible. The gentlemen who gave us our Togo boxes was nice though.

Sizzler has always been a go-to for birthdays for my family and I. This time, not so much. Prior to arriving, I did call the store the day before to ask for the prices for the salad bar as well if we could do a birthday surprise with the singing and a special birthday cake. The friendliness of the manager was exceptional, and his customer service was on point even saying they would surprise my son with a birthday surprise. We went on 10/19/2024 at around 11:30 a.m. for their lunch salad bar and was overcharged for 2 dinner salad bars and a senior salad bar. I'm not a senior, and it definitely was NOT dinner time. I asked about the birthday special for my son and was told, "Unfortunately, we don't do that." Our waiter never came back around to us after that and barely picked up any of our finished plates. Maybe they were understaffed, but regardless, the attentiveness was not there. This time around, we were also severely disappointed at the lack of food options too. There weren't as many food options to choose from as I'm used to and sad the food choices weren't the same. The remodel was beautifully done. However, the efficiency of being able to get through the salad bar was constantly met with traffic jams. The difficulty to get through the narrow walkways while navigating employees cleaning up/refilling the salad bar made it even more difficult to get through. I don't plan on coming back, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone either. 👎👎👎

I had been wanting to take my parents to Sizzler's for a while, I finally had the opportunity and to be honest it was affordable, but not as many options on the buffet. Not to bad for the price, but I think 🤔 they could add more options. The staff is actually great 😃.

Service was horrible. About 12 tables or more were still filled with food & not cleaned up. Asked if I could Get a table cleaned and she said they were short staffed. I felt that should have been told to me before paying . I stood longer than 5 min waiting for a table to be cleaned, did have children with me so that makes it a lot harder. Cleaned my own table so I’m able to have my kids sit down. I also heard the employees arguing in the kitchen. employee came out to collect the tips on the table but didn’t clean the table, which that was as inconsiderate . Working in customer service I know things should have been handled a lot differently. Left pretty upset & will not return .

Couldn't wait till it re-opened but only to be disappointed. Buffet is mediocre at best. Actually not even mediocre. Salad bar is still great but how can you mess that up? Whatever they did to remodel left the place way too commercialized and sun blares in thru unscreened windows. Not impressed. To be fair though, service is good.
