New Review, the service is poor, the food is OK, the staff will check on you if they have time. It's like pulling teeth to get any service here. I used to be a regular here. And the tomato soup was very Salty!

3rd visit here, came to celebrate my birthday with my family and it was the worst experience for the amount we spent. We won’t be coming back. Not the waitress’s fault. Management doesn’t have enough staff to adequately handle Sunday afternoon dinning. Food was good , but waitress so overwhelmed covering 2 rooms with 1 big party in each and additional tables as well. She was very friendly, but took off before we were finished ordering all appetizers due to being overwhelmed. I needed sauce and waited so long for waitress to return food got cold so we bagged up our own stuff had to help ourselves to boxes to pack our food from nearby cupboard. Bagged up birthday bread pudding and took home. Very sad birthday experience. I don’t normally give out negative reviews but couldn’t help myself as I don’t want anyone else to go through this especially for their family celebrations. No Manager on floor period. In my book that is inexcusable! It’s very sad this Resturant has lots of potential if managed properly in my opinion.

It was our first time eating here. My wife and I went for a Valentines date. I had a steak and the wife had a pasta/chicken dish. I wasn’t floored by the steak but it was good. The appetizer was really good. It was a fried shrimp dish. My wife loved her meal. Although it was understandably busy, the service was great.

I was treated to dinner by our manufacturer company. I had never been to this place before and I can tell you other than the wait time I was not disappointed at all. But they do have couches you can sit on while waiting and trust me you do not want to get up oven you’ve sat down. I had a steak 🥩 and hot potato 🥔 very very delicious!!! My steak 🥩 was cooked to perfection medium rare 😋 I am not a big fan of hot potatoes but this one was tasty great job to the cooking team

I had seen previous reviews that this place had new management so I thought it had to be better and my daughter wanted to go here for her birthday. This place actually got worse. The gal at the front desk was cleaning menus then told us she would get a booth ready for us. This place was empty on a Friday night and she went back to cleaning menus for twenty minutes and actually sat someone else then came back to sat us. I truly think she forgot about us sitting in the lobby but we were the only people in the lobby. There was no soap at all in the women's restroom and the same gal actually couldn't find any soap to wash our hands. Ultimately the service was so bad we asked for the Manager not once but twice and instead of things getting better the manager was arrogant things actually got worse. We ordered a Sundance shrimp appetizer which never showed up but they had it on our bill and had to argue with them to get it removed from the bill since it never arrived. We ordered fully loaded potatoes which is not what arrived, my daughter did not get anything close to what she ordered. Overall truly poor service and attitude from the staff. Bottom line, place is disorganized and staff need more training.

My husband and I had our date night here and it was awesome. Our waitress Emily was great and even though they cooked our steak wrong twice she more than made up for it with her friendliness and great character. Awesome place to go and I highly recommend it.

Worst service we have ever had. When we went in the host said twenty minutes. We waited for almost a hour. She kept saying the kitchen was back up so she couldn’t set anyone. After watching in the bar area meal after meal going to customers. I tried to get a table and when I did the host acted like she could care less. After getting seated we had our drinks and food in less than twenty minutes. Our waitress was great and the meal was delicious. But I didn’t understand why she couldn’t seat people when the bar was being served at no problem. Bad customer service on the management side. When asking about the menu, lots of info given about the meal of your choice. We'll described to help you choose best of what your craving. I love the Western feel to it. Definitely matched my dad's style and taste. My kids had fun also. Great place. Definitely will be back!
