Cool location. Lots of options on the menu. Service was nothing to write home about- very slow. I ordered the chicken club sandwich- it came with no bacon and was quite wimpy looking. Tried to get it resolved… they gave us $2 off the bill. Not very good customer service in my opinion. My husband got the ahi tuna sandwich and it came out cold. The truffle fries and potato chips were really tasty though! I won’t say I wouldn’t come here again.. but I also would not recommend it.

My family and I stopped for lunch on a Saturday and were seating very quickly in a large booth. They had the large windows open so it was nice to have the breeze blowing through. The food was very good and they have so many items to choose from. I had the prime rib cheesesteak and it was terrific. The meat was tender and juicy. The regular fries and the sweet potato fries were also a hit. I tried the blueberry lemonade and it was the perfect mix of sweet and sour. I will definitely be coming back.

Decided to eat dinner here while in Downtown Ventura. Great place to eat!!!! Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. We choose the outdoor seating and it was wonderful. We both ordered burger, my cousin got a side salad and I had a side of truffle fries. The truffle fries were super tasty!!! Burgers were made well and delicious. Not too large on the sizing which was perfect. Great evening and service was wonderful.

On a quest for the best happy hours & Finney's did not disappoint. Rolled up with only 12 minutes to spare so I was only able to get 1 drink. The Watermelon Smash was soooo good. I'm going to work my way down the list so next time I'll need to get here earlier. (Happy Hour 3 to 5). I thought the food would be smaller portions so I ordered 2...um no. 1 is plenty for a single person. I ordered the Avocado egg rolls ($6) & the carnita nachos ($7, i think) - the nachos were HUGE and both were delicious. My server (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) was sooooo nice. I also got a soda and she kept it always filled. That's usually how I judge a good server. She was awesome. I will be back because I want to try the steak taquitos!

Nice place in downtown Ventura. Good outdoor seating with heaters, which we really needed. The servers were very attentive and helpful. We shared the spicy chicken sandwich with tots and the Brussels sprouts appetizer. The sandwich was very flavorful and indeed very spicy. The tots were crisp as requested, and the sprouts were well seared. The chips appeared to be handmade but were stale. We had more than enough to eat though. Good selection of beers.

This food was great, the service was great, and the restaurant was clean and very comfy. The four of us went for dinner on a Wednesday night around 6:30. We were sat immediately and did not wait very long for our food. We got the egg roll appetizer, and for meals: bison burger with a side of potato fries, fried egg burger, buffalo wings, and a pepperoni pizza. The two children got lemonades and the two adults got two alcoholic beverages. The drinks were strong and delicious and we all ate our food up. For all of this we paid $110. Not toooo shabbbyyy. I definitely recommend

Went to Finney’s in Ventura with my husband and our 4 legged daughter. Everything about it is awesome. We do not go often because it is so good therefore there is always a wait. We had some Caymus wine and some ahi tuna on crispy rice and a scrumptious salmon sandwich. We also ordered our 4 legged child some chicken. We were all happy. All of the food was phenomenal. They are very dog friendly. This restaurant has something for everyone. We can’t come here enough. Kayden our waiter was great. We love this place especially when we can find a table.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking the Ventura Farmers Market day with our friends (while visiting Ventura for a few days) and decided to try for lunch and we loved it so much that we went back for dinner on the same day! When deciding to go to a restaurant in a new place, and do not have the time to read all online reviews, I usually use my old fashioned way of gauging whether a restaurant is good or not by looking at their menu, their guests on how busy they are and how quickly they get served, aside from the cleanliness and quality of the food and ambience. This was what we had to do quick because we were famished from walking the whole downtown. We chose to be seated out in their front patio and we loved it! Apparently they took over an old bank building so it has an interesting ambiance. We ordered their very popular Margarita Flight and am glad we did because we learned what we liked from the 4 margaritas they had. It was definitely worth it! Food was great! We all ordered different things in the menu and all of us 4 were very happy with our orders. I ordered the grilled tuna salad and my partner ordered the French dip and we both loved what we ordered and shared them. Our friends also loved what they ordered! We came back for drinks/ appetizers at the bar the evening of that same day and we had a blast! They had the soccer play off going in all of the screens and we got to enjoy the game. Drinks and cocktails were great! We had appetizers and the coconut shrimp stood out for me and we enjoyed it! There were also games available upstairs and I noticed some family with kids playing up there which shows me that there is something for everyone here. Overall I enjoyed this place and will recommend it when in Ventura. Service was quick in spite of the heavy crowd / full tables. We were able to park in metered parking in the streets but we noticed there were also parking structures available in the area.
