I recently visited Sizzling Lunch and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The dish I received was served in a hot iron skillet, which kept the food warm throughout my meal. As a family of five with kids aged 8-12, the fit was pretty decent for all of us. However, the sizzling plates lacked flavor, so be sure to use plenty of the sauces provided on the table. On the bright side, their fried chicken is a true gem.

Been there for the lunch happy hour. As name suggests, it is sizzling hot lunch. The rice plates are amazing specially with the sauces they have. We have tried Garlic beef pepper rice, salmon pepper rice. We can substitute rice with veggies or Udon at no cost but after that every topping or extras have charges. The service was okay as it was empty around 3pm.

I got delivery of Sizzling Lunch because they have a low delivery fee and it was a great decision to do so! I got the Kurobata Pork Belly Pepper Rice and it was so good and fresh. The dish came with 3 different proportioned sauces. There was a soy sauce, a chilli sauce, and a sweet sauce. They had given me as much of each sauce that I need to put into the dish to make it tasty and not did it taste good. The dish itself was pretty simple with rice, corn, peas, and pork belly but when paired with the flavorful sauces it became that much better. The price wasn’t exorbitant as it was $18 and it filled me up for dinner. The delivery was fast as well. Other than their being a little less pork belly that I would have liked the dish was AMAZING. I definitely recommend Sizzling Lunch to others and I will be coming again for a quick bite.

My recommendations are the garlic beef pepper rice and Kimchi beef pepper rice. I usually add soy miso, shichimi togarashi, and black pepper for more flavor. Careful not to add too much at once and mix as you go. Enjoy!
