This dim sum restaurant does not have circulating trolleys or trays. Orders are placed in advance, and can be added on demand. Everything we ordered came to the table at an appropriate temperature and was absolutely delicious. Staff were attentive and efficient. Between the food and service, I would definitely try them again for lunch/dinner service.

The service is great. The chef knows how to cook. However, the salt and pepper pork chops don’t have many pieces and most are fat. It is not worth the price. The ingredients and flavors are indistinguishable. For example the fried noodle and the tofu dish have the same sauces. Both contain the same squid.

One of best Cantonese dim sum place in South Bay area. Friendly, efficient staff. Amazing food with precise, authentic flavor. Reasonable price, can’t ask for more. One of the must-try dish is Cantonese fried duck. One of the best I can find in the area. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a place to get good dim sum and Chinese food, try Sifu Wong. In the weekends, make sure to get here early or make sure you plan to put your name on the waitlist. The dim sum is always good and consistent. Check for the specials. We’ve had $29 garlic whole crab and it was pretty good. Our daughter loves the XLB, baked pork bun and the salted egg bun as well. I always order the roasted duck. Larger parties are no problem here. This is located at the Ramada Hotel in Santa Clara. Try this place out and you won’t be disappointed.

Food was okay, pretty average. Peking duck wasn't worthwhile, skin was not crispy and the buns they used were dry. The Lychee shrimp ball was unique though! And Black Buns with salted egg Yolk was good!

Good tasty dim sum that was freshly cooked. I liked the chilli sauce as well. The dumplings were not so refined on the size and couldn't be eaten in one bite. The XLB's were dry, so a little disappointing. We went at 10am on a Saturday and were the first people in. By 10:45am it was full. Price was reasonable but not very transparent.

Always heard good things about this place and we finally made it here. Came here after going to California Great America cause we needed good food afterwards before heading home. I think it was less than 2 miles. There were plenty of parking so don't worry about that. The restaurant is on the dim side but not dim like a romantic place. It has a pretty good size bar also. The food was excellent, very flavorful. We ordered the yang Chau chow fan which had some good size shrimps. The Mongolian beef was so tender. My son wanted the Spring beans with ground pork which was a surprise to me how delicious it came out to be. The bbq pork was good and soft too. But omg the black bun with salted egg for dessert was out of this world. Found a tip that you have to pull it apart fast otherwise the runny salted egg yolk will leak onto the table. Would definitely come back for more.

DELICIOUS!!! We came here today for a Christmas Eve Eve treat with my mum. She had been here before and enjoyed it. She’s a super picky Japanese cook, so I trusted her suggestion to come here with my boyfriend. There was not a thing we did not love. My favourites: har gao, honey bbq pork (aka char su), house special chow mein, salt pepper wings, egg custard tart. YUM! We made a reservation which is highly recommended cos it seemed their wait list was a cluster F. They even admit to that being a janky system. This place was packed but now I see why. I’ll be returning.
