Saigon Seafood Harbor offers fresh and hot dim sum, delivered via rolling carts. The seafood items are highly praised, while some dishes like Half Roasted Duck and Doubled Ginseng soup received mixed reviews. The restaurant is clean but often crowded, leading to potential wait times and a noisy dining experience. Despite a language barrier, the staff tries to be helpful. Diners appreciate the variety and authenticity of the dim sum, though it can be pricey. Service varies, with some patrons noting slow service and difficulty in getting attention. The dim sum here is fresh and hot straight off the carts. I particularly love all the seafood items, and although a lot of the staff doesn't speak English they still are helpful and try their best to explain the different dishes. The restaurant is clean but always packed, so be prepared to wait a while if you come at peak dimsum time on weekend mornings. The dining room area is very noisy due to the crowds, but it's not any different from any other dim sum restaurant.

Ordered Half Roasted Duck, average standard not as before over sauces nothing to shout about Omg.Doubled Ginseng soup was a failure. Steamed whole fish is not as expected standard but pricey. Lastly chicken fried with Kai Lan was sub par standard than take away from Pandan Express. What a disappoint dinner tonight. Never to revisit again

A good brunch spot for traditional dimsum. They serve the dishes via rolling carts and you select the dishes you want. I particularly enjoyed the chicken feet and deep fried sticky rice dumplings. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the pork feet as I found it a bit too sour. Note: there might be a language barrier if you don’t speak Mandarin nor Cantonese.

Taste :4.6/5 Environment: 4.1/5 Service:4.1/5 Saigon Seafood Harbor at Sunnyvale is the real deal when it comes to authentic Dim Sum in NorCal., they have traditional Dim Sum carts rolling right up to your table for you to pick and choose from. It's like a delicious! The variety of Dim Sum options is seriously impressive. From steamed dumplings to fluffy buns, every dish make you feel like you are in HK and worthy for the price 😊

I love pushcart dim sum restaurants, and this one doesn't disappoint. This place offers traditional dim sum dishes, albeit a bit pricey. Service can be hit-or-miss, the pushcarts with all of the steamer baskets very rarely made it down the aisle we were sitting. We had to ask the manager to redirect them our way.

Excellent food and service ! First time dining here. We celebrated a special birthday with 11 people. From chat inquiries with Fiona and phone call planning and prep, to the actual dining, we were impressed with their responsiveness, flexibility, and helpfulness. They provided us a corner where we could decorate with our balloons and banner, and the manager patiently worked with us on a menu. On top of that, everyone was very happy with the food. Must tries are their salted egg crab, sautéed lobsters, salt and pepper pork chop, shrimp stuffed tofu, crabmeat and maw soup, pan fried prawns in soy sauce, to name some. The free dessert was a nice gesture too. All these plus ample parking, I highly recommend them.

This place has been around for ages so I originally didn't feel the need to review. I loved this place as a kid and wanted to eat here for my birthday occasionally. Later on, my coworkers liked to come here for lunch. The food was going downhill at the time but the place was famous for their taro buns, which my boss usually tried to go for. The service is so slow here, he used to grab the plates and chopsticks from that wooden shelf himself. What I like about this place is that they have a dim sum menu that lists some platters that are not available on the carts, like the surfer clam mifen, xo rice cakes, fried turnip cakes, and some special desserts (fried almond pudding). All that is missing is a sticky rice chicken. The workers are pretty rude and they prefer you to order from their carts for obvious reasons. The managers are quite perfunctory as well. You know, the norm for dim sum places in the bay. But don't let that deter you because there is a great variety of dishes and it has been coming out hot the last two times I went.

Food is good. But the service is so slow. We order four dishes, but it took almost 1 hour. Too slow
