Since we were having a family dinner and there were a lot of people, it was easier to find a table here. The price is too high, the food is mediocre, a bowl of mushroom miso soup is $6.75 and only has 3 pieces of mushrooms and 2 pieces of tofu. Fried fish fillets, kapachi may be better, don’t order sushi & rolls.

Do not get carry-out. The eat in dining experience was decent, albeit a bit overpriced. The carry-out though was horrendous. I ordered salmon, mashed potatoes and green beans for carryout and was presented with the most expensive McDepression meal I ever had. For reference, the amount of mashed potatoes in the picture was about 1 leveled measuring cup worth. I ended up having to go out again to get more food because this wasn't enough. Plus the mashed potatoes was just drenched in oil. The salmon was also dry. I regretted ordering from this place.

I tried to get her attention but never had any luck. We ended up asking for the bill and to-go boxes from another waitress.

Shout out to helpful and understanding staff members! We walked in and were seated 'real' outside. After our orders were taken, we felt colder (wind picked up speed). We requested to sit in the 'enclosed' outside (it has some glass barrier so less windy). Staff members helped us to move in the enclosure even after the starter (calamari) was served. Food: I like the way they do the Calamari (not too much breading, or oily exterior). Also, the breaded lemon is always a pleasant surprise there. It is consistent across several locations that I have tried in Bay Area. We also go fish tacos. The cabbage was fresh and the taste was good. Just one thing: when people need to eat with hands, there should be a hand sanitizer -at least at the cashier's desk. (Tacos are enjoyable when they are held in hand. I don't know if using a fork to eat tacos would be a good idea 😋) Their restroom is modern and well maintained.

The food was okay. I ordered the double rainbow bowl, which was plentiful and fresh. However, my friends mentioned that the fish they had wasn’t very impressive; it was a bit chewy. The desserts are a bit too sweet for me.

Update: Always a great experience. Friendly staff, clean place, great food. I asked the chef to make me a tofu burger despite not being on the menu and they did! Delish! Checkout the photos. Older review: I've been to Pacific Catch many times and gave it 5 stars last time. But I drop a point bc of the waiter this time. We were a group of 7 and seated ~35 min before closing. We tried our best to order asap. But the waiter was obviously in rush and stressed everyone out when taking our orders. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Everything else was great otherwise and we tipped well regardless.

The Portions are modest for the price and the fish was generally too dry. Salads are more reliable as the ingredients have to be fresh. Good service and the space is open and airy with the options of either dining indoors or al fresco.
