Customer Review Summary
Maggiano's Little Italy is praised for its excellent food and enjoyable atmosphere. Guests love the variety of dishes, particularly the meatballs, lasagna, chicken parmigiana, and decadent desserts like Crème Brûlée. The intimate and nicely decorated setting is ideal for special occasions, but it can be noisy and crowded. While the service is often highlighted as attentive and flexible, some guests experienced a lack of acknowledgment for celebrations. Prices can be high, especially with family-style dining for larger groups. There are mixed reviews regarding specific dishes, with some items like Linguine De Mare receiving negative feedback. Overall, it's recommended for those seeking authentic Italian cuisine paired with great service, despite a few inconsistencies.

I cannot praise this restaurant enough. It's always a good time. I just learned about their different martinis. Pomegranate, so good. The food was amazing. Everything. I love the appetizer meatballs, the bread, the cheese and calamari. For entrees I loved the Lasagna and Bolognese. The one downside is that it's expensive. If you are a group of 8 or more you have to do family style so you are paying about 50-60 dollars a person if you have a few drinks. The restaurant has an intimate setting. It's arranged beautifully. Definitely good for a date or important celebration. I can't wait to come back.

Excellent service and a very flexible menu based on your needs. We went as a large team for lunch and had the family menu. There are plenty of vegetarian options and they even customized some of the dishes to serve meat on the side. The ambience is great whether you want to go on a date or as a group. The butter cake was my favorite. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Well we wanted some Italian food and thought - of course Maggiano’s !!! The front staff was awesome, there was a wait of 1/2 hr but well worth it. The atmosphere was very festive and nicely decorated for Christmas!! It was very energetic. For appetizer we had the stuffed mushrooms, six came with the order and they were perfect. We had the chicken parmigiana with rigatoni, it was delicious. The chicken was made just right and a good portion was provided. The salmon dish was also presented nicely and very tasty !!! The best presentation award goes to the “smoked” old fashion drinks we ordered, never had them this way !!!! They were perfect. The staff was super attentive and ensured we didn’t need anything, I appreciated that gesture.

I went there with a friend for a birthday celebration. Loved the food, wine, and the atmosphere! Our server asked us if we were celebrating anything special, and I told her it was my friend’s birthday. I had also mentioned it when setting up the reservation ahead of time. I saw the servers getting the dessert with candles and wishing happy birthday at other tables. But there was no special gesture for us, which made me feel kind of awkward and small. Despite the amazing food, I would not want to go back there to celebrate anything special. Either do it for everyone, or don’t do it at all!

Maggiano's Little Italy has consistently delivered an exceptional dining experience. I've visited twice, once for a private birthday celebration and another time for dinner at the bar, and both experiences were fantastic. The private room setup is ideal for special occasions. It includes a designated bar and bartender, which adds an exclusive and personalized touch to the event. On the other hand, dining at the bar offers a lively yet comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a casual evening out. The food is outstanding, with my favorite dishes being the Lobster Carbonara, the Whipped Truffle Ricotta Cheese with Honey and Bruschetta. Each dish is a perfect blend of flavors, showcasing the best of Italian cuisine. I must also highlight their decadent Crème Brûlée—a delightful ending to any meal. The service has been top-notch on both occasions, with attentive and friendly staff who ensure a seamless experience. If you're looking for authentic and delicious Italian food paired with excellent service, Maggiano's is highly recommended!

I went previously on my birthday the first week of december and ill start off by saying as soon as i walked in the atmosphere was loud, crowded and chaotic but i understood since it was in the evening on a friday. the server was nice and helpful. the food was tasty, fresh and hot also it was a generous amount which i appreciated. the christmas decorations were nicely done and created a nice calming and fun environment. i wished there was christmas jazz or classical music just to fit the theme but the bar was very loud as to be expected. overall i had a good time it could’ve been better but the food and atmosphere made it good but hopefully there can be a seating area to wait.

Traditional Italian restaurant! The food was reasonably tasty but not overwhelming. The food just didn't meet my expectations overall. For me, two starters (calamari fritti and tomato bruschetta) were the best. My Linguini De Mare was the surprisingly soupy version that I'm really not fond of. I wasn't expecting it as only once in the many times of ordering the same came out soupy... The New York Cheesecake was too soft, and the flavor was different with a bit strong hint of lemon(?). The place was well decorated but a bit noisy with seatings too closely situated. One positive aspect was the phenomenal service by our attendant! While the team had a good time, I am not sure I will return in the future.

Do not get the “Linguine do mare”. It’s a pile of clams and shells that you would have to fight for 10 minutes, on top of way too much pasta, drenched in the most basic tomato sauce which was too spicy. Add to that random bits of broken shell that sticks around in your plate waiting to cut your gums. I had to spit several times back into my plate before deciding enough is enough.
