If you’re looking for big portions, bold flavors, and a refined dining experience, Los Altos Grill is a must-visit. The steak is perfectly seared, tender, and bursting with flavor. The portion size is more than generous, leaving you feeling completely satisfied. Their beef ribs are equally impressive, cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection. The ambiance is upscale yet cozy, making it ideal for date nights, family gatherings, or special occasions. The service is impeccable — attentive, friendly, and always a step ahead. Every visit feels like a treat, and I appreciate the attention to detail in everything from the perfectly crafted cocktails to the freshly baked cornbread. If you want a memorable meal with standout steaks and ribs, Los Altos Grill should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

Well isn’t this a nice spot! We had a reservation at 8pm, got there earlier and were able to have a few cocktails in the waiting area. Conrad was our server and he was lovely and very attentive! We brought our own wine BYOB :) highlight for me was the rib eye in pineapple a special for that evening and the horseradish pairing with the French dip sandwich is soooo good.

Free parking, quaint downtown Los Altos, nice mix of shops & restaurant all around. Decor is warm, modern, casual, seating is quit pleasant and comfortable. Service is efficient & friendly. Open kitchen, not a big menu but a lot to like, food is well prepared, nicely presented, and delicious. Honestly the place is very popular and in part makes it quit noisy. Nevertheless, the food, the service, the comfortable decor, and friendly vibe provide a wonderful dining experience.

Delicious beef ribs so tender. Cornbread bites soft, buttery and flavorful. The cucumber salad was fresh and a great variety of veggies. Portion sizes were great value. And the drinks were perfect not too weak. Coming back soon..

We've been going to LA Grill since it was Banderas a number of years ago. We went for dinner today and it started slow as it took a while for someone to take our drink order. After the shift change and our server came over to welcome us, everything was great! For starters, we had the dip duo, which is jalapeño queso & guacamole. We had the cedar plank salmon, which was really good. Also, the French dip au jus made with sliced prime rib on a toasted french roll. This, imo is the best French dip that I've ever eaten 😋. Desert was the keylime pie which was very good. Also had some ZD Cabernet that was very smooth. We've eaten here several times since my original review. We went here for dinner Saturday and our server Tania S. was one of the best. She had a great smile and was so friendly and attentive. Besides a Negroni, we had some wine. We started with the dip duo, followed by the delicious French dip and Rotisserie chicken, that was really good and flavorful. We ended with the keylime pie, that we always enjoy.

We spent $190 including tips for a two persons meal. I found the steak to be overpriced for what it offers, costing $50+ for an average quality cut. The seasoning is intentionally bland, which might be acceptable if the steak were of exceptional quality to allow its natural flavors to shine. However, in this case, there was nothing remarkable about it. The service is great, and while the atmosphere feels vibrant, it can be too loud at times.

We really enjoy Los Altos Grill. The highlights of the meal were definitely the perfectly grilled artichoke, flavorful hamburger, and succulent beef rib. While the pork chop was okay, the overall experience was nothing short of amazing. I really enjoyed the ambiance, attentive service, and delicious food.

I've been to Los Altos grill a handful of times. It's been busy every single time I've been there, so plan ahead. The service is great and I have always had a great experience with the service. The cocktails are awesome and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend. My favorites are the French dip, the macho salad, the grilled artichokes, the deviled eggs and of course the cornbread. I don't eat seafood, but my partner said the shrimp were delicious.
