Customer Review Summary
Lados is a cozy restaurant known for its flavorful Zinger Burger and unique offerings like Crazy Curry Fries. The food is generally praised, but the spice levels can be intense for some, particularly in items like the Bomb Kebob and Crazy Curry Fries. The decor is simple and reminiscent of a Pakistani college canteen, creating an unassuming atmosphere. Appetizers like dahi puri are well-received, and while the Zinger Burger is popular, some feel it could be spiced up further. Service is attentive, though there are some complaints about cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as clutter and out-of-order restrooms. The restaurant offers a variety of choices compared to competitors, and customers appreciate the large portions. Overall, Lados is considered a hidden gem in the neighborhood, ideal for casual dining and community gatherings, although some experiences vary. Fans express a desire to return and try more items on the menu.

We ordered the Zinger Burger with Crazy Curry Fries, the Bomb Kebob with Masala Fries, and a Mango Lassi. Everything was delicious, especially the Crazy Curry Fries. Although I really enjoyed the food, it might be a bit strong in terms of spice for some people. For example, the Crazy Curry Fries contain cilantro, so if you're not a fan, be cautious. As for the Bomb Kebob, while I liked it and found it flavorful, the spice level was somewhat strong, so keep that in mind.

An unassuming building at the end of a residential road houses this interesting eatery. The decor is simple and the interiors reminded me of an old Pakistani college canteen. We went around dinner time so there were a bit of a crowd, but we quickly found place to sit and ordered a number of things. The appetizers are good, especially dahi puri was presented well and tasted good. The zinger burger was ok, and I wished it had more zing in it than just deep fried breaded chicken. The anday wala burger aka bun kabob took the cake. It was very nicely done. The texture and flavor were excellent. The sauce tangy and nice. Overall a great item to eat here. We also tried the paratha chicken roll which was at par. Service is good and they kept the place clean and good. The outside seating area was rained out when we visited but could make for a good place to eat. Overall, a good experience.

Superb neighborhood / community gem and hole in the wall. Got the Zinger burger with Masala fries. I would personally request for extra Masala on the fries next time. I cannot emphasize how incredibly good the Zinger Pakistani fried chicken is. It is also HUGE, but you will want to savor every bite. Looking forward to dining in and trying more things on the menu for many times more!

The place is nice and cozy, you can sit there talk, eat and play tic tac toe and chill. They also have a prayer room if you want to pray.. We ordered dahi puri chaat which was very good, then we ordered their famous zinger burger, Tikka burger, Anday wala burger and Chapli kabab everything tastes really nice and the spice level was on point plus the best part is there servings are huge with the sides. We enjoyed our time there:)

Service and atmosphere is off putting. But the Zinger chicken sandwich was fantastic. This place is a solid 3.5. Very odd dining area with clutter stacked in the corner of the dining area and an ottoman blocking the restroom. The restroom was out of order. I wouldn't hesitate to order if someone other than myself was picking up to bring back.

This restaurant is often compared with Chicken G for its fired chicken burger. The advantage of it is that it has so much more choices than Chicken G. We came here on Friday afternoon around 5pm. It is pretty empty. We are the only customers in the restaurant. Water and utensils are self service. We ordered single piece of zinger as I don’t want to consume too much carbohydrates on that day. I am happy that they offered this option. The zinger itself is pretty good. It’s made to order. The outside is crispy and inside is juicy and tender. The meat is well cooked, not too raw. Eating with the sauce is better than eating it by itself.

Update: reducing the rating because this restaurant always forgets to include their sauce when I order delivery of the Zinger piece. And without sauce it's not as good. Original review: One of the better among Indian & Pakistani food places in the Bay Area. They've a chill ambience, nice for dining in. Their french fries are some of the best I've ever had. Zinger burger is the other item that's excellent. We also liked the shammi kebab, the shahee paneer paratha wrap, and the curry fries. The chole was watery and not very flavorful.

1st time here, tried the chicken Zinger burger which comes with spiced fries. The location is unassuming and tucked away in what looks to be a residential neighborhood. As I arrived I thought at first that google maps had led me astray but after crossing the threshold, the delightful odor of Karachi style street food beckoned me onwards. As a neophyte when it comes to this particular cuisine, I selected what seemed to be the most accessible option on offer. The canned Shasta to wash it all down brought back halcyon memories of youth. And did restore my wavering faith in discount soft drinks. The Shasta was fine, in fact now when I wanna pop, I wanna Shasta!
