Customer Review Summary
The service at Morton's The Steakhouse received high praise, with several reviews highlighting attentive managers and servers who provided exceptional experiences, especially during celebrations. Complimentary desserts and thoughtful gestures were appreciated, contributing to a positive atmosphere. However, multiple reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the food quality, noting issues like undercooked steaks, and poorly executed dishes such as lobster mac and cheese and turkey dinners. Some diners experienced significant service delays and inconsistencies, particularly during busy periods, and felt that the restaurant's pricing did not align with the quality of the meal. While some patrons enjoyed their meals and celebrated special occasions, others felt judged upon arrival based on their appearance, which tainted their overall experience. Overall, the restaurant's strengths lie in service and ambiance, but food consistency and quality remain concerns.

Cliff the manager and Jorge the server were great. I have no complaints on their service. I went with a friend and celebrated my birthday. They gave me a dessert, a complimentary photo, and were beyond exceptional with the service. They were very attentive, made sure my cup of water was always filled and continued to asked for my experience. I let them know the truth in a respectful matter of course because the only issue that I had was with the food. Specifically, the steak and the lobster Mac and cheese. I ask for medium rare which I get all the time, and the steak came back a little raw. It did not have an even warm pink tone but rather a very blue (undercooked) one. The taste was also not as flavorful as before. Same goes with the Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese tasted very “fishy”, and very water down. I couldn’t taste the cheese, etc. I’ve been to this location enough times to know when they put their best foot forward. Either they need a new chef or this was a bad night. Overall though, the service was great! However, this restaurant comes with a nice price tag and it should try its best to meet the highest/best of standards. I have a couple of gift cards so I will definitely come back and hope the quality in food is back to its original level. Thanks again! I want Morton’s to succeed. Thus, the honest review.

Worst experience ever at a Morton’s. First they no longer enforce a dress code, they had guys in shorts and flip flops and girls in tube tops!!! When we asked the manager about dress code he said since Covid they no longer enforce it, that’s a lie, all other locations we have been to enforce dress code. Next I ordered my steak medium, got a rare steak, my GF ate alone while I waited on replacement. It took so long we asked for it to go. They never gave me my cognac sauce for take home steak and that steak was RARE AGAIN. It’s a STEAKHOUSE THAT CANT COOK STEAK!!!!! It’s a joke. The GM Sean, is not even willing to replace our complete meal, instead says he will only replace a steak, even though they messed up twice and we paid over $250. It’s a joke. SEAN has no business being a GM. We have contacted corporate and other stores to get a district manager to talk to, and 2 weeks later, still no response. Rip Off, go anywhere else but here. Gary Bullers is the District Manager that won’t reach out, any help would be great.

I went yesterday 12/8/24 by myself at 415p to enjoy a power hour palm beach drink and the burger. I was the only patron in the entire bar though the restaurant had guests! . I asked for it to be as least cooked as possible since I know temperature is hard on smashed burgers. They came out at the edges burnt and with onions that were not cooked and pickles on the burgers which were not even in description. My fries were not served with it but I was advised they were coming and they did arrives within a few minutes. I didn’t even have a napkin or cutlery when the meal was served. The server was spending a lot of the time I was waiting talking with her co worker in the corner and they should realize their private conversations out loud can be listened to especially by guests sitting at the bar. The manager did come and apologize and offered a fair discount for my experience however I didn’t enjoy my time here or my burger. The no salt fries I requested were good and I could watch football highlights which I enjoyed. I would be afriad to honestly sit for dinner if this is my experience just trying to enjoy some nice food after a visit to the mall.

This was the first and last time coming here. The food is a joke. Not only were the portion sizes appropriate for a kids meal, but the filet mignon was hardly even tender. I’ve had MUCH better steaks for a fraction of the price at family-owned restaurants in the area. The Maine lobster ravioli tasted terrible too, incredibly fishy and not fresh at all. While the atmosphere and kind service made me feel like a fine diner, this is no way justified the price of their terrible food. Spend your money elsewhere.

Two of us had Thanksgiving dinner on Nov 28. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was nothing short of gracious. However, the meal was not memorable with the exception of the lobster bisque, which stole the show. So what was disappointing? The turkey dinner (a turkey roulade) was not up to standards. The watery cranberry sauce seemed to have been ladled on the plate instead of being served in a separate dish. The green beans were insipid. They needed seasoning. The mashed potatoes were ok and so was the gravy. The turkey itself was also ok. It all seemed to have been “plopped” on the dish with little finesse. It all seemed like an “industrial “ meal, something produced in an assembly line. The cheesecake for dessert was fine. Oh. I forgot. The bread was excellent. In sum, Thanksgiving dinners may not be the restaurant’s star meals. It is, after all, a steak place, which may entice us to return. For our first visit, however , our dinner felt short of expectations.

Morton’s is always our choice for celebrations!! Dinner last night was delicious and decadent and really made it a special night! They had a special birthday menu for us and even came over to take our picture and gave us a beautiful printed picture keepsake! The team here is the absolute best and the food is always perfect! I love their extensive wine list and always find some hidden gems there. I tried the wine flight which was great - always love getting to try new things from the menu! I’d never had the crab mashed potatoes before but I think I need to add them to the regular order from now on! Delicious!!

Went for Christmas Eve dinner. Our server was very friendly but they appeared to be understaffed for the evening. Delays in taking our drink and dinner orders after arriving. All of us (except one) ordered our cuts medium. Sent a couple back for being rare. Came back black on the outside and still med rare on the inside, but we just went with it because we were ready to just be done with it (pics from the second round, after it was sent back once). Still enjoyed our evening and the sides/drinks were delicious, but not what you expect from this sort of place.

This was our first time coming here, overall experience was like 3/5. Everything would've been perfect had the hostess not passed judgment on my husband and I. The moment we had walked in, she looked at us and spoke to us as we are less than everyone else coming in. She spoke to my husband with a rude tone. We felt like we were being judged on our Hispanic names, and more so on our ethnicity. She smiled and had smoother tone with other costumers than us. Once seated, we noticed that she passed our table multiple times took photos of the other costumers but us. We looked past that and continued with our meal. Our waiter was amazing in more ways than one, he offered us great service and his recommendations for our first time here definitely made it all the more special. High recommend the Waygu meatballs with the bread, just like our waiter told us so hint hint for a good appetizer. We for sure loved the vibe and atmosphere here. Not too loud and not too bright just perfect . Pros: take a chance on the recommendations from the wait staff Cons: racially judgmental hostess.
