Usually don’t go anywhere without my pup but nothing replaces their baked potato soup, steaks, teriyaki chicken and service at the bar with Kassie T. Did I mention the military discount? This brand is more than lip service when it comes to our country’s veterans. Have also brought out of town (or from other countries) friends and everyone always leaves completely satisfied. The inside is purposely lit in a darker more intimate vibe, spacious and quiet. Large, free dedicated parking lot.

On a recent trip to California from Australia, I wanted to take my partner out for a dinner to remember on our final night in the US. I googled "best steakhouse near me" from our hotel in Anaheim, and Black Angus came up as the best. I booked for dinner going off their Google reviews. When I got there and saw the menu, I thought I had made a big mistake, there was nothing over about $60 on the menu, all the good steakhouses are like $200 for a decent steak back home. Well, to say I was surprised by the food is an understatement!, it was AMAZING!. The service from our waiter was top notch, the food was absolutely incredible, and the price was CHEAP! We left there with a full tummy and a big smile, and what a way to remember our final meal on our trip to the USA! Thanks heaps for a great night guys!

My friend correctly summarized the entry staff telling us our table wasnt ready and we can wait in the bar as a ruse to get us to buy libations. The interior was a place where time forgot. Almost like going to a sizzler - remember that decor? Anyway, the highlight was the salad, on its chilled plate with real blue cheese dressing. My filet was decent but definitely needed some steak sauce, which should be illegal on a filet cut unless the meat is just so so. However the Au Gratins are a major don’t. Get the fries. They can’t screw that up…I hope.

8 years ago I gave this Black Angus 4 stars. Now, 2 stars and I'm being generous. No host when we came in, and found other customers who said they had been waiting for sometime. I had to ask the bartender to get someone over. Then you can tell there has been NO renovations at all for the location. It feels beaten down and decrepit. I ordered a MEDIUM steak. And keep in mind this is a STEAKHOUSE. They gave me a Medium Well Done. I showed the inside of my steak and to their credit they tried again. Somehow the second time it came back even more well done. I gave up. This is a steakhouse....they supposedly specialize in steak. Sad to see a major player fade away so bad.

Great menu choices and really decent food. The staff and servers are friendly and attentive. We have a wonderful time there. Will definitely be back when in town.

Waitress was awesome. I'm from out of state. Haven't had black Angus is over 10 years. It didn't disappoint. Very peaceful and & quiet. I loved my waitress.

the service really saves this place (my server was kassie). the food was good i had the new york center cut medium well they cooked it correctly was seasoned lightly with salt and pepper i got the jalapeño butter for $2.5 extra on. the side. i wasn’t expecting the same level of a fancy steak house the steak was very good and i think the over value was there on the steak the sides i got were ceaser salad and asparagus (boring i know but i got a side of butter jalapeño) no issues there major issue with this place is how warn and stains the seats are i didn’t notice it when i walked in intially but did almost im after sitting for a few min not sure how i didn’t notice at first bec it really is that bad when you walk in there’s a huge stain on the floor i noticed leaving that’s defiantly a bummer for the employees that work there that it looks like that. didn’t have any drinks but the drink menu had bunch of options for fester ingot crème brûlée that’s made there was very good for some reason the sell cheese cake factory by the slice (carrot cake and originals cheese cake ) which doesn’t make sense to me cheese cake factory is good and everything but i don’t want it re sold to me at black angus. also the play list of music had some edm songs which defiantly shouldn’t be played at this them restaurant very off putting

Grilled chicken breasts with Augratin potatoes was very good as was the salmon. We noticed a lot of small gnats flying around that I continuously had to shoo away from our food. Also noticed that the staff continued to allow one families children to run around the open walkways while screaming and tripping the staff. Supposedly they have exterminator work happening for the gnats.
