We visited after a long time to celebrate the anniversary of our friends and couples. My couple also spent their first anniversary here, but they moved their restaurant location and felt more modern. The tomahawk steak was delicious and the side dish was perfect. We ordered several desserts in addition to the anniversary cake, but the crème fraîche was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for the humorous but meticulousness of the server in charge. We were all able to have a great dinner time. There are many steakhouses, but I strongly recommend you to go there. I forgot the dessert picture and ate it all.

It's been awhile since I went to a steak house restruant, glad I came here. Way better than my last experience at a Ruth Chris'. Prices were as expected for a high end dining facility. Service was exceptionally attentive. Love it.

As an incredibly picky individual I am happy to stumble across this Mortons Steakhouse with some co-workers. The entire experience was phenomenal, the food was exquisite, the ambiance was to die for, and their manager on sight was a major key to why we will make this place a regular thing. Nevertheless, the manager and bar service made our whole week staying in San Jose.

Morton's is exquisite in service, food and ambiance. On my list of places to go for special occasions and celebrations. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday this past year. Came here on a weekday, and even scored in street parking around the square. Started with drinks at the bar while waiting for my friends. You can just have food at the bar for a casual bite. My meal of choice was the wagu, which was cooked perfectly. Since they knew it was my birthday, we were treated to a birthday dessert. I loved that it was quiet enough for us to have intimate conversations. They have a private room for corporate events. Looking forward to the next special occasion for a treat to come here again.

Stopped here on a Thursday night for dinner. Staff, upon arriving, was very friendly and got us seated immediately thanks to my online reservation. For an appetizer, we got the NUESKE’S BACON STEAK. This was 2 fairly large slices of bacon for the price, good for 3-4 people as an app, or could even be comfortably eaten as an entree for 1. For my entrée I ordered the Prime Ribye. My steak was cooked to perfection and not overly seasoned so that the steak may speak for itself. For the sides, I got 1 order of the Troffle fries and Mac & Cheese. The fries were good, but nothing very memorable. The Mac & Cheese, on the other hand, left me with some disappointment. From what my waitress said, the cheese blend may have been changed recently, which gives the Mac a little kick, so if you aren't someone that can handle any spice, do not order this item.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Morton's The Steakhouse in San Jose is steakhouse perfection. The perfectly aged USDA Prime beef is cooked exactly to your preference – my bone-in ribeye was terrific. The service lives up to the hype, with staff who know their steaks and wines inside out. The clubby atmosphere, with its dim lighting and dark wood, sets the perfect mood for business dinners or special occasions. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.
