Customer Review Summary
Parking is challenging due to a small lot. Wait time can be long, around 45 minutes for larger parties. Food receives high praise, especially the free bread with cinnamon butter, fried pickles, steak, and ribs, though some sides are just decent. Service varies; some staff are friendly while others can be rude. Cleanliness is a concern, as restrooms are not well maintained, but tables are clean. The ambiance feels cramped and can be overwhelming, especially when busy. Overall, many find it worth trying despite the wait times. Some guests report issues with specific dishes, like tough pulled pork and overcooked steak. Most agree that the food is fresh and well-prepared, particularly the steaks and ribs. The restaurant environment may not be suitable for families with young children or those with sensory sensitivities. Despite some drawbacks, there are numerous positive mentions about the food, drinks, and service.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse in Rialto, and here’s my experience: **Parking:** The parking lot is quite small, so finding a spot can be a challenge. **Wait Time:** We had a party of six and ended up waiting around 45 minutes from 7:15 PM until we were seated at approximately 8:02 PM on a Wednesday. **Food:** The free bread with cinnamon butter was a delightful treat, and the fried pickles as a starter are a must-try. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the ribs were simply amazing. The chili and other sides were decent, although not particularly outstanding. **Service:** While some staff members were friendlier than others, there were instances of rude behavior that could have been handled better. **Cleanliness:** The restrooms were quite dirty, which was disappointing. However, the tables were clean, which was a relief. **Ambiance:** The interior decor is nice but feels cramped given the size of the building. There’s a lot going on, which can be a bit overwhelming. **Overall:** Despite the long wait times and how busy it gets, I believe it’s worth giving Texas Roadhouse a try. **Ratings:** - Food: 8.5/10 - Service: 7/10 - Atmosphere: 8/10 - Wait: 5/10

Good food, fast service, plenty to snack on (peanuts, bread and butter) great drinks and well cooked steak! The bread is sweet and good, shrimp was fresh and well sauced. Got green beans (not pictured) DELISH.

When I want a steak and get a little of country type atmosphere, I go to the restaurant that has my namesake of the state I am from, Texas!! The rolls are so sinful with the cinnamon butter but I eat 3 or 4 at a sitting. The steak was cooked exactly like I asked for and that was medium. The loaded mash potatoes was pretty good too and the chili was OK because it was kind of coldish but ok. This is my go to for a chain restaurant for a steak.

Ordered the pulled pork and I think they forgot to pull the pork, it was just one big tough chunk. Had to send it back and the new one was only slightly better. Also the medium steak we ordered was gristly and overcooked to almost well done. Kind of a waste of money, the only good part was the rolls and butter. The other Texas roadhouses I’ve been to were better than this. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

This restaurant is good. The food tasted fresh and steaks were cooked the way we ordered. We mostly got steaks and ribs. The server girls were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is okay definetly not very kid friend or for people with sensory issues. We got there before 6pm and when it turned to the dinner crowd (6pm) they dimmed the lights and music got louder. We had a big party of 10 people (2 kids under 10) and the people in the back had to yell just for the server to hear our order and vice versa. We couldnt really talk among each other so we just ate quicker and left. 2 of the people in our group have sensory issues for loud places so their exerience wasnt very pleasant.
