The Pines Modern Steakhouse receives high praise for its exceptional service and attentive staff, particularly from waiters Marcos, Johann, and Carlos. Many reviews highlight the knowledgeable staff and the warm atmosphere, contributing to an overall positive dining experience. Guests enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the steak, seafood options, and the brunch menu, noting the quality and presentation of the food. However, a few reviewers shared mixed experiences with the service, particularly during busy occasions or when attending celebrations, leading to delays or unmet expectations. The ambiance is frequently described as elegant and well-maintained, enhancing the dining experience, but some diners experienced lapses in service attentiveness. The Pines restaurant was amazing. A huge thank for your service and your team were 💯. Marcos was our waiter and his partner was Johann, they were so o top of it. A small example is, if you drink your water and it’s half way full. In no time they would top it off. Sam he was the youngest waiter and he was also friendly and kind. The amount of knowledge the weighting staff has is remarkable. 💯 % I’ll go again to the restaurant. Thank you Yaamava and thank you Pines Steakhouse for an amazing experience.

I didn't get the service I should have at this price. I asked for ice water but it didn't come. When the ice water came, there was no straw. I told the waiter about my friend's birthday and she said that a cake was provided, but it didn't come until the end. The main meal was not served. Very slow and for a birthday party it was a very bad experience 😞

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food. Nice wine selection. The service was great. Very attentive staff. They definitely go above and beyond. I ordered the oysters, New York strip steak with Jumbo prawns, and side of asparagus. All the food was so good. Highly recommend.

Dinner reservations before the Lupita D'Alessio concert proved to be an excellent decision. We received exceptional service from the host, our server Carlos, and even the Latina lady ensuring the restrooms were clean. The dishes were generously portioned, particularly the seafood tower. This steakhouse comes highly recommended, and ask for Carlos to ensure outstanding service.

This was my first time at Pines Modern Steakhouse and my first time at Yaamava Casino to attend a concert. What a treat!! This spot is truly a GEM!! From the moment you walk through the front entrance, you are warmly greeted by the attentive staff. There is a nice sized bar with plenty of seating and nice chairs. The ambiance is very nice. The dining room has ample seating, and also some private dining booths. Now let's talk about the food!!..EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! From the mini poke cones to the delicious desserts. I had The Pines Steakhouse Burger. Let me just say that it is worth every penny!! And the truffle fries are amazing!! Others in my party had the Grilled Jumbo Prawns (delicious), the Sea Bass & the rib eye (both also delicious). We also shared a variety of sides like the asparagus, a loaded baked potato, and more fries!! And to finish it off (although we were stuffed), we had the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches. Even if you don't like macaroni, you must try this!! It came on a cute little serving "tree" with a variety of flavors. (Lemon was my favorite.) If you haven't guessed it yet, I really enjoyed this place. The food and service were top notch and I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

Overall the Pines brunch was a wonderful dining experience. It was our first time trying the brunch. The food served were all delicious and cooked to perfection especially the bison Benedict dish. That definitely will keep us coming back. All the seafood and fruits were fresh. All the restaurant staff were very cordial, professional and very attentive especially our waiter Daniel. It's great to have our wonderful dining experience enhanced by great service! We will definitely be back.

To note: I was given a long stem rose by the restaurant due to it being Valentine’s Day. It was a remarkable display of generosity and thoughtfulness. Reservations are necessary, there is a slim to none chance to be seated without one. I saw several people leave flustered due to people being told they may not be seated at all. Even the bar had a wait list of up to an hour. Ambiance: 10/10 Meticulously maintained, this restaurant exudes an aura of elegance and captivating beauty. The ambient lighting was gently dimmed, which offered a graceful glow, but also provided enough clarity to navigate the menu and appreciate the surroundings. Due to the tranquil environment, conversation is able to flow harmoniously. The setting is simply unrivaled in the ability to share connections and culinary delights. Service: 8/10 We found much to appreciate amidst moments of slight disappointments. The warmth and kindness exhibited by our server added the perfect touch to our evening. The wait was brief in means of restaurant time, allowing us to savor the ambiance and enjoy our conversation. However, there was a noticeable lapse in attentiveness after we received our entrees, and our servers prolonged absence hindered my ability to address concerns over a particular dish. After we finished what we could, we were ready to ask for our check. Despite our attempts to seek help with other staff, we were unable to be assisted with retrieving our bill until our server returned. She promptly took care of the bill and we were able to conclude our dining experience. Overall enjoyable, but the isolated incident had left us with a lingering sense of dissatisfaction. Food: 6/10 Regrettably, the ambiance and service was not a reflection on the most disappointing aspect of the evening: the food. Now the steak? 10/10! Perfection! Impeccable sear, tender, succulent, melts in the mouth like butter, and maintained a perfect balance in seasonings. However, the rest of our culinary journey was a disheartening disappointment. In order to try two beloved dishes we ordered a steak and a salmon to share. The salmon’s appearance was enticing, but boor the unfortunate consequence of being slightly overcooked. There was also an over presence of salt which monopolized the palate. I didn’t try the salmon until the server’s disappearance so I couldn’t inform her of the issue. By the time we were able to see her again we were ready to go and chose not to complain. We also ordered several sides and amongst the culinary symphony presented, it was the very humble mashed potatoes that emerged as a beacon of flavor. The shining star of the side dishes was rich, buttery, and had a velvety texture; easily the best out of the ensemble. Moving on to the two other dishes, the brussels sprouts seemed incomplete. As they were undercooked and missing an abundance of seasoning, the bitterness remained and left them in a state of flavorless mediocrity. Lastly, the glazed carrots made a respectable appearance, but their performance lacked to reach the heights of culinary splendor. Though the flavor was palatable, it lacked in the allure one may have anticipated. It was a modest addition to the meal without eliciting noteworthy acclaim.
