Sizzler

For a staggering $70, I expected a truly memorable dining experience at Sizzler. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. While the 8oz steak and Malibu chicken were okay, the steak had some grill marks, but the food fond is made naturally and is delicious, unlike the years of charcoal-burned marks on steaks. The real disappointment lay in the salad bar with empty and soggy featured salads and overall value. The salad bar, a once-beloved feature, was significantly smaller than other Sizzler locations, offering a limited selection of subpar options. Paying an additional $18 for a second salad bar was a questionable decision, as the quality and quantity were underwhelming. I wish I had known that the hot bar and dessert bar were only one-quarter the size of other locations. The exorbitant price tag for a mediocre meal and a lackluster experience is simply unacceptable. I wish I could have scooped my meal out of the parking lot for a refund. This Sizzler should re-evaluate its pricing strategy and focus on providing better quality, service, and value for its customers.

Service was excellent Monique was a gem. Food was not so great. Salad bar Salad good. Soup, Spaghetti was lacking flavor brownies excellent. Bathroom needs an upgrade air freshener too very musky smelling!!

Food is a little overpriced but about what you'd expect; the portions weren't huge, but everything was cooked the way I wanted. The soup and salad bar still has crispy wings which are always good, and the cheese toast is always welcome. Our server was excellent; friendly and attentive.

This place is run differently than others. They have added table service. Once you order, they'll do the rest and keep checking on you. There is no shortage of selection in the saladbar or the menu. Both are fresh and served friendly. Malisa was great taking our order, Salvador a three decade staff was at out table nonstop. Flor who runs the place stopped by to tell us about the chages she made to this place. They are open late nite and the place kept extremely clean.

The salad bar is fresh and has a well sorted variety of items to choose from. The waiter Randy was very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again. Thank you!

We haven’t been to a Sizzler in years! Last time I remember we carried tray with drinks & salad plates to our table. This time the server brought us our tray which was nice. My wife ordered a Small Plate entree and came with one trip to salad bar and a drink. She asked if flavored lemonade were option and was told yes. After paying we noticed up-charge for the Peach Lemonade and were sadly surprised. She enjoyed different items from salad bar and only ate a few bites of entree and took remaining home. I ordered steak and chicken entree and unlimited salad and soup bar. I enjoyed several items from the salad & soup bar, including fruit and desert. I also only took a few bites of my entree and took majorly home. Our server was great at bringing fresh salad plates and good at drink refills. There were a few other tables of customers and several open tables. While we were still eating another employee came around vacuuming and did so around our table, it was too close for comfort as felt could have waited to not vacuum so close to our table. My wife was close to asking her to not vacuum so close to our table and she decided not to say anything. Overall was a good experience and we talked about why we had stopped coming here and expect to return.

I read reviews before I go to a restaurant and many have wrote reviews on the restrooms!! 🤮 MANY wrote that they are dirty, smell like sewage and are not clean!!! If you are a manager at this establishment get a restroom attendant! Or someone who JUST cleans the bathroom! There is a constant flow of traffic and it's all you can eat, so common sense says there will be a slew of bathroom traffic!! No one wants to eat at a place with nasty toilets and bathrooms, that means the employees cooking and fixing the food have dirty hands!!! People are paying hard earned money so do better!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
