Rice and noodles were perfectly cooked. Service was pretty good, and the entertainment was worth the visit. Salmon was good and the chicken was delicious. Shrimp was tasty also and the sauces they give you were pretty good also.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our first-time experience at this restaurant! Not only did we have an abundance of food leftover after finishing our Fujiyama Meal 2 but also found ourselves highly satisfied by each item on offer; from juicy filets mignon right down through tasty side options like shrimp & vegetable stir-fried noodles., enhanced wonderfully both visually AND taste wise thanks largely in part due too jojos comedic talents shown whilst he performed tricks while preparing parts if it over Hibachi grills.

Fujiyama is great spot to dine at if you’re looking to go out with the family. From the moment we stepped through the door, the attentive and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the captivating show put on during the cooking process. The anime-themed presentation, particularly the homage to Naruto when lighting the onion on fire, was a hit with both kids and adults alike. The chefs ensured active participation from the customers throughout, adding to the interactive and immersive experience. As for the food, it surpassed all expectations. Each dish was bursting with flavor, leaving us completely satisfied by the end of our meal. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that even the heartiest appetites were thoroughly satiated. If you find yourself in Salinas, I highly recommend making a stop at Fujiyama.

We ordered a Love for Two Sushi & Sashimi Boat. To be honest, the sashimis were not fresh at all. You can clearly tell they are just defrosted. It took a long time to serve the boat. A baby girl was running behind the receptionist table and in the kitchen and had fallen and cried. Letting a baby girl running around the kitchen area is very dangerous and unprofessional. We won’t visit this restaurant again. Oh, they charge you $3+ for a hot tea( a Lipton tea bag in a paper bottle …)

This is my first time eating here. And it was delicious! The food was sooo good and in fact I could not eat all of it because they gave you quantity. The service was very good. The person who cooked was very friendly. They even played a song for my mother with lights! Would definitely eat here again

First of all the ambiance is clean and semi private which is lovely. ... The price was great and definitely worth it . ... Food was delicious. ... a plus for the chef, that is entertaining and friendly. ... Service was attentive. ... We left with joy in hearts and a full stomach. ... We had a wonderful lunch. ...

I was told good things about this place so I decided to go. (Really recommend to go on a slower day to get the best experience like I did) Good experience. The shrimp temporary and the gyuza were really good. The cook was really cool when preparing the food in front of me. The chicken prepared on the flat top was cooked really well. The price was resonable for the amount of food that I got. Will defently come back again😀

Great dining experience. I love that they cook the food at your table. My honey brought me here for my Bday. The food was more than enough. Very delicious.
