Limited healthy options but it’s a sports bar so 🤷♂️. The basic salad with grilled salmon was ok but the fish tasted so so; not the freshest salmon I’ve had (was likely frozen, tasted slightly freezer burned). Their onion rings were some of the best ever. Service was first rate

Great place for food and beer. Tons of TVs with sports playing, very warm and open, colorful atmosphere with an appropriate amount of natural lighting. There's a wide drink selection and everything I've tried on the food menu including their steaks and burgers have been excellent. It can be a little pricey (over $20 for some items) but it is absolutely worth it. My only complaint is that the place has usually been busy when I went and tables aren't always available. That said, the wait time usually isn't long and they can text you when your table is available.

Asked the bartender what kind of beers they had after asking for one they didn’t carry and got a snarky remark back. How am I suppose to know what they sell if he didn’t answer the question ? I asked “what do you have ?” And he said “well not (what I asked for)” If you don’t enjoy your job or talking to people then maybe you’re in the wrong profession. Try Kings Den around the corner. They were absolutely professional and quick at attending to customers.

It's such a shame that the business have such rude & disrespectful bartenders. I've read through the reviews & I am not the only who have had an awful experience with the bartenders. My husband & I had a rare chance to have date so we decided to have some drinks we encountered a female bartender who was rude and condescending. When we asked for drinks she straight out asked us "so your not going to leave a tip?" My husband jokingly said "I'm broke" she kept rubbing it in our faces making comments like we shouldn't be out if we are broke & can't afford to leave a tip. If we feel you that you do not deserve a tip we are not going to leave you one especially if they're rude. She seemed like so entitled for tips. Just a side note to this bartender if you want to receive tips, try! having some customer service skills & just maybe you'll receive tips.

We just happened upon this wonderful place after viewing the nearby Mission. Darling place inside and out. The menu offered a lot. We both got the chicken with rice and veggies, onion rings and the veggie plate. Chicken was very tender and came with teriyaki sauce. Yum. The rice was lovely and not el dente, which we both do not like. Veggies were fresh and the ranch was fabulous, just enough flavor. However, the KING of the meal, were the Onion Rings. WOWEEEEEEE I almost did not eat my meal, they were so good. Crispy and flavorful on the outside, and creamy onion on the inside. Perfect combo.

The place was very busy and very loud the evening we were there. The pulled pork sliders were very good. The French dip sandwich was great and the garlic fries were fantastic. They both went down smoothly with a blood orange ale.

Nice little pub in old town. Not a lot of indoor seating, but seemed adequate. A well stocked bar, friendly service & a loud environment. We shared onion ring & artichoke heart appetizers. The rings were definitely well made, lightly beer battered & slightly flaky. Definitely worth it if you like rings. The artichokes had a different flavor & were softer than others I've had. I ordered the all American burger with garlic fries. The burger was made medium & served perfectly. Juicy, flavorful and definitely all American. The fries did not overpower with garlic. My wife had the french dip which she said was very tender but not chewy. Overall an above average pub experience.

The Gem spot for any Vacationer visiting the Monterey area that craves a quality Burger and Garlic fry without all the hype. We first stumbled across Dubbers by accident in 2018 . We have had Garlic fries at other places and these easily ranked as the best we’ve had and their Burgers had so much flavor we asked to shake the Cooks hand . After leaving we thought it had to be a fluke and when we came back in 2023 we were happy to be proven wrong . Worth the drive and we will always be sure to make the detour when we are in the area . Polite employees usually has a decent crowd but not too loud inside and nice seating outside if you like to look at the older buildings of The old Downtown Salinas Thanks again Dubbers looking forward to coming back and Thank you for being the Sleeper of Salinas !
