When it comes to a great atmosphere. Good food, good sports, good beer it doesn't get no better than BJ's Salinas. I personally want to thank all the INCREDIBLE staff that go the extra mile for my family & I ... Including Tammy. She is sooooo awesome! S/O Kat too! I wish I could name all the staff here they all do an incredible job. My family and I come back here over and over again. The best food, the best environment extremely family friendly.

Madeline provided exceptional service during our visit! She was warm, friendly, and made sure we felt well taken care of from start to finish. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great suggestions. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Madeline struck the perfect balance of being friendly and professional, checking in just enough to ensure everything was perfect without being intrusive. She really made our dining experience special. I highly recommend requesting her if you want amazing service and great food!

Came in for the Thursday special. It was almost 5. They were out of the steak special. Did not offer any substitutes. Ordered hamburger and fries. The burger was dry and fries cold. My friend ordered Brussel sprouts. They were just awful. The waitress was not very good. I will not be coming back.

Took a trip to bjs for a family evening and blown away by the hospitality and great service. Our servers name was Miguel and was patient with our table. We had a lot of people and the food was brought out promptly and hot. I ordered the prime rib and was happy I did because the food was AMAZING!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at BJ’s thanks to our amazing waiter, Angel. From the moment we arrived, Angel greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire meal. He was friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations from the menu. His service was impeccable—he checked in on us at just the right times, and his positive attitude really added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. While the food was good, it was Angel's excellent service that really stood out. He made our dining experience special, and I’ll definitely return because of the great service!

I really love coming to BJs Salinas. Tonight was an A+. We had a server named Miguel in the bar that did a great job with my wife and two kids. We are a complicated bunch because both kids are young. Miguel immediately built rapport with the two kids. It's almost as if the two kids were his customers! He took the time to learn their names and make sure that their food came out first. The bar and the restaurant was especially busy and he still managed to remember our names & pay very careful attention to us. My wife and I have been to a lot of BJ's over the years. This is our local "go to" & they do a great job. We need to give a shout out to Liz as well. She is one of the managers on site & must be one of the happiest people we know. Thank you, Liz & thank you Miguel. You made our night. :)

We came for happy hour, and we were excited for the promotional deal of the day (Thursday). They were first out of the Ahi tuna but told us right away, so we ordered something else. Then, when we ordered the Slow Roasted Tri-tip specials, nothing was said about them not having it. It was only when the food runner came out with our plates and said they were pan seared sirloins instead. When we asked our server about it, he said they changed it months ago but didn't tell us when initially ordered. One steak was at least cooked correctly. The other was almost entirely inedible with so much fat and tendon nobody could cut through it and was well over cooked. The specials also came with a pazookie and they tried to charge us full price for them. When we asked for the manager, she stated that yes the posters and inserts in the menu say tri-tip and they don't have it. Then she continued to tell us that Tri-tip and sirloin "were basically the same thing, just different names." Didn't apologize for the bait and switch but at least took off the inedible steak. Won't be returning to this location.
