Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our experience at Ruth’s Chris was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered the Petite Filet with the truffle crust, and it was absolutely perfect—cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and so filling. We also enjoyed the asparagus, lobster mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole, all of which were delicious. To start, we had the shrimp, which was the perfect way to kick off the meal. Every single dish was magnificent, with rich flavors and perfect execution. What truly set this experience apart was our server. She was beyond amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel special. I can confidently say I’ve never been more pleased with the service at a restaurant. Ruth’s Chris delivered on every level, and I can’t wait to come back!

Felt like it was not woth the over $600 i spent on a dinner for 4. Our waitress was awesome super attentive and kept checking on us. However the main issue for us was the food quality the steak was super dry as you can see in the picture we had gone to chillis a week prior and had a waayy better steak than this(keep in mind that is NOT chewed up i had literally just cut it with the knife provided) felt like shredded beef. The way it was additionally the person that brought out the food (which was not our waitress like i said she was awesome) was kindly unpleasant my wife asked him a question about the food and he answered in a pretty condescending manner. We also ordered a mac & lobster dish which it never arrived once we brought it up to the waitress attention she attempted to fix it however at that point we asked her to just cancel it. Definitely not a place i would recommend or come back to again

Best date night experience, had a wonderful waitress. It was out 1st time and it was for my husband's birthday and they made it so special with attention to details. Thank you again and will definitely be back.

My husband and I find ourselves coming here for date nights often. It just never disappoints. We love Chad but any server we have had is great. The food is always cooked how we like it and the atmosphere is cozy. We will be back soon as usual.

This is my go to never fail fancy place to celebrate anything, even life I love Ruth's Chris' food! Rebecca took great care of us, this was my wife's Birthday dinner and we enjoyed it very much! Both Filet's were cooked to perfection, the mushrooms were so good there was discussion as to who was getting the last 2... Baked jumbo potato's are always good. Atmosphere is exactly what I like, dimmed lighting jazz music and complete calm. My only disappointment is discovering that Darden Restaurants bought the Ruth group out last spring... ugh, I hope it doesn't change and become something else.

Atmosphere, excellent 👌 because we love the booth seats. Beautiful lighting and music. Service is professional 👌 and provides a pleasant and romantic experience. The food, superb 👌 The steaks, filet mignon, and prime ribeye, brined and flavored perfectly 🥰 The creamed spinach, the Cesar salad awesome and satisfying 👌 We enjoyed the Ruth Chris Classic menu. Dillon was an excellent waiter, and the blonde tall slender guy who served our entrées was pleasantly very smiley and friendly! Dillon was attentive to our needs and we were happy with him 😊 The water, we love the carafe they leave it so we never get thirsty! We definitely recommend this place for a nice upscale romantic dinner experience!

The steaks are overpriced and the lighting is very dim. I ordered the filet, mac & cheese, roasted brussel sprouts, and a couple of drinks. One drink was good and the other one was strong. The macaroni and brussel sprouts were great, and I love the portion sizes, but the steak was way underdone. I asked for medium, but it came out bloody red. I couldn't eat it. (I don't know why Ruth's Chris always has a hard time cooking a steak to be medium or medium well— it's always undercooked!) The service was very slow at the bar— I almost felt ignored. I was able to order a drink fairly quickly, but it took forever to get someone to take my food order. I would've had them remake my steak, but for the amount of time I already wasted waiting around for everything, I just paid and left. Super disappointing.
