Our server was Chloe, she was super amazing, very kind and attentive. The ambience was great, I felt like we were not in Roseville, gave me Vegas vibes. Love that. The food was pretty good. All of the steaks we tried were amazing. The chicken was good, but the pork was pretty dry. Not the biggest fan of the sausage either. I did like the sauces they brought and the caramelized bananas were AMAZING. Overall a pretty solid experience - if the meat was a bit better it would be a 5!

Liam’s professionalism was paired with a warm and friendly demeanor, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Whether it was ensuring our drinks were always topped off or explaining the unique cuts of meat, Liam went above and beyond to ensure our meal was memorable. So glad we decided to spend our Christmas dinner here. Obviously we come here for the steaks, definitely try the sirloin and garlic steak yummy! Drinks were delicious with perfect balance! Service was excellent everyone was on top of it making sure our experience was great. We sat with Zachary, Natasha, Liam and Jenna definitely brought their A game tonight! Merry Christmas! 🎄

You can choose several different options including the full experience that includes all meats for $71 or if you know you just like one type meat they have that option too for $39. They offer wagyu and seafood options as well. In addition they will bring out sides of mashed potatoes and fried fruits. This is a fun experience and is a great date spot or for celebration dinners with the whole family. You will not be disappointed!

Kaytee was exceptional for our special event. She went through the menu and process very thoroughly and comped our bone marrow due to how long it took to receive it. Would definitely come back.

Great food and cocktails. I went on a Saturday for lunch and paid the lunch price. Some others in the area charge a dinner price all day on weekends. The meats were great and atmosphere was warm and friendly. Will go again!

Liam and Natasha are excellent servers. Their energetic and friendly and attentive personality made our New Year’s Eve dinner so memorable. When I come back I would request to sit at their station!!

Really enjoyed the Ribbon cutting opening event last week at Fogo. The staff were amazing, especially Liam our waiter! He took such good care of our table. Looking forward to coming back with my family. Welcome to Roseville Fogo! So happy to have you
