Went for a quick lunch while we were in town. We waited over 10 minutes before even placing a drink and food order. It took well over another 10 minutes to receive our beverages (one was just lemonade). We received our first appetizer before receiving our beverages. Very large beautiful establishment but slow service even when there were many waitstaff around and not many customers. Food was good, although everything had some level of spice to it. Finished our food before I could order another drink so I didn’t place another drink order and waited awhile to get the check. Waitstaff not very attentive. We probably won’t be back.

Absolutely loved this place! The vibe, food, service, and cleanliness were all perfect. Every dish was delicious, and the staff (aside from one) was super friendly and attentive. Just a couple of small things—the drink sizes are really small, so it would be great if they used glasses with a decent size. Also, the receptionist could be a bit nicer. I understand not every day is easy, but the receptionist sets the tone for the first impression, and it would be nice if she were as welcoming as the rest of the crew. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

The food is always good here. The service is lacking. I received one beverage and never asked again. I was not asked how the food was. It took a while to pay even though my card was in the glass with the bill.

Fantastic outing for a birthday celebration. Live music, elegant decor, and wonderful wait staff. We were a party of eleven, started with almost one of every appetizers and round of libations. Enjoying conversation. Delicious dinners and topped of with dessert. This is a great place for a special occasion. Definitely pricey.....

I stopped in for lunch during work and was pleasantly surprised by my meal. I got the lobster roll and I thought it was very good and reasonably priced for the area. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant. Service was a slow which is why I am giving a 4 star rating and not a 5. I would definitely give this place another shot.

This place is gorgeous! I like the whole setup/open concept and dim lighting. The booths are comfortable. Also, there's PLENTY of parking. All the staff were so kind. My waitress was very pleasant and friendly. I tried the Mai Tai and Raspberry Mule (in a martini glass), and man— were they strong 😖 They probably always are, so no fault to the restaurant, but I won't be getting those again 😅 I ordered the rustic cheddar biscuits, garlic green beans, and the classic burger (no cheese) with fries. The burger and biscuits were a little bland, yet the fries were heavily seasoned. The butter for the biscuits was great, and I did like the green beans. Overall, the food was decent. Would I give it another shot? Absolutely. *I will update my review once I try this place again.

I decided to try this restaurant based on the reviews on Google Maps. The reviews were honestly mixed. This restaurant is beautiful. As we waited for our table, three couples walked out of the restaurant complaining about the food and / or the price, which made me a little nervous about eating here. I noticed the burger had really good reviews, so I decided to order it. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. We also ordered drinks and the calamari and shrimp for our appetizers. My daughter tried the shrimp appetizer, and she instantly began complaining of her throat getting scratchy, and her gums started tingling. We instantly knew something had nuts in it. Thankfully, she had a benadril pill in her purse, and she instantly started to feel better once she took the pill. Do not order the shrimp if you have a nut allergy. I asked our waitress Taryn if the sauce was made with nuts, and she confirmed that the sauce had pesto in it. I told her my daughter had an allergic reaction to the sauce but that she was okay. Taryn was apologetic and asked again if she was okay. I told her that she was fine, however, that they really need to highlight the fact that the sauce had nuts in it as this situation could have been life threatning had we not had the allergy pill (benadril). My daughter ordered the au juis sandwich. She said it was an 8 out of 10. Our server was amazing, and she provided excellent service. Would I go back? Yes, I would.

Disclaimer **** I normally take pictures of our food but tonight I forgot **** So we decided to pop into Paul Martin's tonight, spur of the moment, and had a wonderful experience! Great atmosphere, it was a slow night but nevertheless service was excellent. Macy was our server, if you ever come to Paul Martin's definitely request Macy, she is awesome and gave us wonderful service. We've eaten here before, I always go with the brick chicken which was delicious and my wife, ordered the salmon and shrimp tacos (one each), but requested them to be grilled. Both dishes were very tasty, cooked perfect, and we're served up quickly. We skipped desert, only because our drinks were our desert. Don't forget, request MACY as your server... cheers!!
