My hubby and I drive 24miles (from Pasadena) to this place every time we’re craving a chicken pot pie. Honestly, the best CPP we have had. Servers are always so welcoming and friendly, with a great memory. They always automatically serve us what they know we drink/like. We always find seating at the bar(where we like to sit at places like these) Their bartenders service and chicken pot pie is the reason for the rating 🫶🏼

Food was excellent and perfect portions. Tried the braised short rib and the jambalaya. Jambalaya has a good amount of spice without taking away from all the flavors. And the drinks were delicious!

I’ve visited this spot several times, and it’s become my go-to for meeting up with friends, especially since it’s a convenient midway point. About a year ago, I recommended this place to an out-of-state vendor from Oklahoma, and they loved it. The food selection was spot on—my jambalaya was fantastic—and the beer options were equally impressive. On my most recent visit, I made it in time for happy hour and enjoyed a half-portion of nachos, paired with a glass of red wine and a light beer. The atmosphere and lighting here always set the perfect mood for a relaxed evening. The bar area, with multiple TVs, is ideal for sports fans. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a casual hangout or a quick bite during happy hour!

Our dining experience at the Whisper House was outstanding. The pot pie and beet salad were incredibly delicious, while the jambalaya proved equally delightful. During happy hour, the Irish mules, though strong, added a spirited touch. To conclude our meal, the peach cobbler dessert was a heavenly treat. The Whisper House exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of flavors and a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend dining here!

Had a great date night here with my husband and our little. They were very accommodating. The manager Jackie was very helpful when there was a hiccup with our order. The atmosphere was great we loved the outside seating. Will be back again!

Came for brunch to try the Chilaquiles and was pleasantly surprised. They do come with two eggs however I requested them on the side. The chilaquiles were not too spicy. I liked the flavor or the red salsa but the green ones had a good kick with the spice. Definitely recommend. Service was also 10/10.

I would definitely get the jalapeño popper wontons. I liked the short rib grilled cheese the short ribs were a little sweet but went well with the tomato soup. The restaurant has very dim lighting.
