Growing up in San Diego this place was a family staple. So many memories there as a kid. Sadly that location closed. I moved to Riverside to go to college and lucky for me there was one down the street, but eventually that one closed too. Still living in San Diego we made the 2 hour drive to have dinner here tonight with my brother who lives about half an hour away from this location. I will start by saying Sunflower, our server was amazing! She was quick, efficient, to the point and very personable. Our whole table appreciated her excellent service. Our food was delish! Just as I remembered. Of course back in the day they didn’t offer three cheese cauliflower, but don’t skip it. It was so good! Everything cooked to perfection and such a fun atmosphere. I wish it was closer but definitely worth the long drive.

I haven't been here in years. I wanted to take my kids out for an early Valentines day meal and I thought it would be a fun experience for them. We stopped by a thrift store the day before and bought ties. They wore their ties out to eat and were surprised when they got cut off. I really came here to write about the service. The service is outstanding! I just couldn't believe how nice everyone who works there is. The hostess at lunch on 2/8/25 was the sweetest thing on earth and so nice to my kids. You can tell that the people who work there are genuinely friendly and not just playing a fake role. I really just can't say enough great things about the service. It's a rarity these days to dine out at a friendly, warm, inviting place. I'm so glad I took my kids there. They will forever remember the whole experience.

This was my first home trying this restaurant. I had my lunch to go. I got the Grilled Steak Cowboy Cobb. It comes with beans but I decided not to have it. The salad was fine, but my steak look like it got chewed up by a dog. I’m just disappointed in the quality that was given.

I have been coming here for 35 years, never disappointed. Beter filet than all of the local competitors. Amazing fillet, cut with a fork kind of tenderness! Sweet potato was perfect, but they sell out quickly. Mud pie and carrot cake we ordered to go, we were surprised that the portion size was extremely small compared to previous visits and for the price.

Love this restaurant. Love their atmosphere and ambiance. Love their decor. Food is excellent. Homemade salad dressings. Center cut top sirloin was a hit. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Beans and corn are awesome. Our server Walker was great. Nice guy. He was friendly and prompt. He made our dining experience a pleasurable one. I recommend this restaurant. We will be back for more delicious food and great service .

Since our local Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse was closed down last year. We were heartbroken because of the great dining experiences we had there. Today we finally took a drive to the closet Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse to us now. It is in San Dimas, and oh boy! We weren’t disappointed this location has a stunning picturesque backdrop of the San Gabriel Mountains and the Cowboy decor was just as pleasant as the Colton location, we were blessed to have our waitress Sunflower who worked at the Colton location serve us. Sunflower was very kind, friendly and knew her job! The food was delicious just as we remember it, with a tweak we were able to order a Full-Rack-of-Ribs 1/2 Pork & 1/2 Beef and my all time favorite The Trailboss Porterhouse Steak! Yum! need a great Steak and Ribs meal? Definitely give Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse in San Dimas a try!

I've heard a lot about this restaurant,so we decided to try it and we loved it. The food was absolutely delicious the prices are very, very reasonable and the drinks are nice and strong. The margarita martini was delicious. My husband said he would wear a tie next time. If you wear a tie, they'll cut it. This place is fun and family-friendly . We will definitely be back for some good food and strong drinks. Make reservations this place gets packed.

Nothing to brag about here. The food is bland and overpriced, and the room is so noisy that it's difficult to carry on conversation at the table. We were here right at opening for dinner on Saturday 2/1/25, and two of three steaks were overcooked compared to how they were ordered, a half chicken was way overdone, and my "medium rare" burger came to the table almost well-done yet not even hot enough to melt a slice of pepper jack cheese. It's like the cooks could care less about the products they send out of the kitchen. With your meal you get a small salad, the table gets some sliced room temperature bread and butter and a bowl of tasteless beans. Everything else is an extra $4-$6 per item . . . baked potato, corn on the cob, green beans, mushrooms, grilled onions, etc. And that's on top of the $30-$50+ per steak. The 1/2 lb sirloin burger is $17 and comes with a slice of tomato, a couple of pickles, a chunk of iceberg lettuce (I also received ONE ring of red onion and had to ask for a real slice), a couple of tablespoons of thousand island dressing, and a $0.50 bag of potato chips. I should have taken a photo of my plate. Our server was mostly inattentive. Three of the five of us ordered an alcoholic beverage and two were served just ahead of the food, but we had to ask twice for the third (a simple gin & tonic). No one had his/her water glass refilled in the 90+ minutes we were there. This place is popular and usually packed, especially on the weekends, but they act like they're doing you a favor by letting you eat their food. They definitely don't understand that they need my business more than I need them. And I'm pretty sure I won't be back, even if someone else is paying.
