I really like this restaurant! The Tonkatsu Ramen noodle soups are all tasty. Sushi plates and combos are fresh, delicious, and lots of variety! They have a limited half price promotion that ends December 26th, SO HURRY!

This is one of my favorite dining places.Professional cooking and excellent service. PS:I caught the food he threw at me! ! !🎉🎉🎉 Juan service is great. Anastacio give us an excellent cook!!!

Service was great and drinks were strong but lost points for the worst most bland ramen I've ever had. Get the steak or edamame instead just don't get the water flavored ramen

The service is always amazing, Alec and the sushi bar staff did not disappoint again tonight. You have to have their poke yellowtail. If you download their app, they have many daily takeout specials.

Encore Teppan is hidden behind a gas station right off the 60 fwy. It's your typical teppanyaki style restaurant with a bar, tables with grills, and standard tables for those that prefer to skip the fire and flying cutlery show. The ambiance is chill, chefs were entertaining and the food is good. Like most restaurants, the staff was a bit shorthanded, but were always on hand. I counted 3 staff managing the entire restaurant and they were hustling. They handled our huge party without issue too. Remember to tip well!

We have ordered chicken noodles, shrimp noodles, scallops, crab cakes from teppan menu along with calamari and vegetable tempuras. I must admit, the food was cooked with love and the acts by chef in the middle of cooking was great experience.
