Our server was kind and attentive even though it was busy. The food was mediocre at best, including the cheesecake. Prices were way more than what anything on the menu was worth. Hadn't been to an Outback in years, probably wont be back at one for several more years if ever after that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oscar is hands down the best! We had an incredible experience in the Outback of Oxnard, and Oscar made it even better. His knowledge of the area, combined with his friendly and helpful attitude, made for an unforgettable adventure. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and his attention to detail was top-notch. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Oscar is the guy to go to for an amazing experience. While outback, actual meat has gone Downhill for 10 years now. It's more like Denny's the rest of the things are still very good. You just have to be cautious What you order. I wouldn't waste money on a really good piece of meat here. Unfortunately used to be one of my all times favorites. Now I can have cheese fries and a Salad. and be just as happy. Still ordered the basics again used to be one of my favorites this particular restaurant. The service was great. The people were nice.

Bloomin Onion is always better on the TV commercial than in person. Over cooked and salty. Shrimp on the Barbie is definitely a No Go very low quality. Steak and Lobster Tail was the best thing we had. Lobster Tail and the Steak were on the small side but pretty good. Overall I would pass on the Outback. Price and quality do not line up.

Bloomin Onion is always better on the TV commercial than in person. Over cooked and salty. Shrimp on the Barbie is definitely a No Go very low quality. Update: our server Melanie was very nice. However, it took 15 minutes to get my first drink. It was taking so long that I finally started a timer on my watch. We came early to beat the rush and it was empty, but still took forever for appetizers, water, and Dr. Pepper, then drinks after, after, the meal had come. Usually, my drink comes with the appetizer. It took so long that I ordered a second drink when I got my first. My friend ordered a drink as well, but it was too sweet for her so she ordered the same as mine. I gave her my drink when it came and was waiting for her drink which never came never came, and we had to cancel because we had an appointment to get to. We came early to avoid the rush, but slow delivery marred the dinner. Ordered the Prime Rib medium which was delicious as always. Love their bloomin' Onion. The bread was soft. My daughter ordered the shrimp and fettuccine, which she enjoyed. For reals, I KNOW our server, Melanie was polite and kept checking on our drinks and food but it just wasn't coming out despite it being slow. But when we got it, it was very tasty. Very good service despite COVID restrictions.

I was absolutely pleasantly surprised and pleased our servers were Amber on the second night that we came and on the first night we had Angelina both of them were very nice the Front Desk coasters girl with a beautiful nails was so Kind and answered all of our crazy questions about her nails while keeping her calm and her cool despite how busy she was if I can make any suggestions or critiques for the place I would say lower the lights a little bit make a little bit more darker and a little more cozy but I do understand this is a family restaurant so it’s probably on par for that reason we actually came back the second night we were here in Oxnard because it was it was so delicious so Hopefully it’s gonna be as good this time. Came here last night to celebrate my sister birthday and can say the place was outstanding. Service was great, food was great and the atmosphere was perfect. Michelle was an amazing person and helped us on recommending on what to get since it was like our second time trying outback. Her recommendations towards food and drinks were on point. She suggested a cocktail named castaway and can say it was perfect. Really liked this place and would recommend to anyone. Would be coming back for sure!! Thanks Michelle for a great experience

Brandon might possibly be the best waiter I've ever had. Attentive, consistent, and friendly. He always remembers our whole table's order, especially Justin, my autistic son, that requires some additional attention and care. The entire staff was thoughtful and courteous and always makes our meal enjoyable.
