Vanessa our server offered exceptional customer service throughout our visit, very attentive yet not overwhelming. This is my 3rd time dining here, food is always on point. I'm a picky eater and they do their absolute best to accommodate me.

I had the pleasure of being served by Cedric at Outback Steakhouse, and I can confidently say he is one of the best servers I’ve encountered. From the moment we were seated, Cedric provided exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and checking in at just the right moments. His menu knowledge was impressive—he gave great recommendations and made sure all our requests were met with a smile. Even during a busy evening, Cedric handled everything with efficiency and professionalism, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews, since I also work in the service industry. But our waitress was so rude, I was honestly shocked. Kristina M. took 45min to bring our blooming onion, and our steaks never came. After an hour and a half we finally asked for our food to go. She did not check on us, did not bring any refills for water. We barely saw her. We were not the only people in her section who were neglected. When we finally got her attention, she was extremely short and ignored us when we tried to ask for the check. If I could leave zero stars I would. Definitely not returning to this location.

My server Cedric was the most amazing and charming server ever! He was attentive and super fast with bringing us what we wanted! We were a little demanding at times lol and he handled it with ease. Definitely will be coming again! Love this place!🥰

Just wanted to give a shoutout to our server Cedric. He was the best. He was super attentive while it was super busy. I also wanna recommend the blooming onion to everyone!!! Our night here was amazing a 10/10 for sure, highly recommend!!!

First customers of the day. No one else in restaurant. First, the coffee was COLD, lunch steak special was …..funny? I was not looking for all you can eat lol,… but serving size was a JOKE. Service at 11 Am was HORRIBLE… had to continually ask for our server, he forgot to bring our drink, or check on us. Bad experience.

I've always had good experiences at this location, but I must say my most recent outing was memorable. The food was great. Our server Cedric was very polite and attentive. Having an excellent server always makes dining away from home worth it!

My oh my the service was top tier!! Had the privilege of having Cedric as my waiter and he was phenomenal! He took our orders smoothly and checked on us regularly to ensure a pleasant experience at Outback! Food was 5/5 service was 15/5. Thank you Cedric (he deserves a raise)
