Last night we attended the Bourbon Experience in Lancaster CA and it was the best. Great food and cocktails. I would like to take moment to thank the people the made it such a great night, Olivia, Chelsea, Becka, our bartender Shaine and always Carol Garcia. Can’t wait for the next experience (moonshine) 10/24. Thank you.

A large group of our family came to eat after my sister in laws funeral. With having a large accommodation we assumed service would be lengthy. Let me tell you, we have ONE server, Diana, and we had an amazing experience. She was kind, did not miss any refills or extras requested. Her service was not lacking in the least. The service we experienced here was one of the best I’ve ever had. Kudos to the entire staff. From accommodations to the excellent food to the serving staff. Thank you for allowing us to end a hard day on a great note!

Had a wonderful experience at Black Angus this past Friday ant the Lancaster CA location. Our waitress, Marne, was attentive and friendly. She provided awesome service. My dad took us out, and at times, because he’s older, he can be a little grumpy, yet Marne was patient and kind with our group of 4, going above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. As we eat here regularly, each time we visit, our experience is always great. We owe it to the servers (waitresses/waiters) for always making us feel taken care of. Some who even recognize us and make us feel welcome.

Paige was great! She was proactive and super friendly. We were well taken care of on our visit. On top of that, the food was delicious and the restaurant is very clean and tidy. We will be back!

My family and I went on Friday night to have dinner. The food was good but my mother in law had an issue with her broccoli being cold. She complained and the manager helped fix that, took a meal off our bill although he seemed more irritated out of anyone having to comp a meal. My mother in law is an easy critic of most things and will give anyone a run for their money when eating out but, she left happy. Our server, Marne was awesome. She was attentive, quick and patient with my mother. She brought new broccoli quickly, all of her recommendations were great. After traveling so far, our experience was worth it. Black Angus was accommodating. When we come back to town, we’ll request to have Marne as our waitress. I can’t say enough about her. We left her a nice tip to show our appreciation.
