We had a great experience. The staff was very attentive and super friendly. Everything that we tasted was incredible (try the butter cake). We came in for the restaurant week menu but we will come back for the regular menu and the happy hour very soon.

This restaurant is so pretty. Makes a great date night spot or hang out with a group of friends. On this particular night, our service was a bit slow. We were almost done with our appetizers before the server even took our entree orders. He didn't refill drinks unless we asked and the kids meals came with ice cream but he wrapped up our meal, gave us our check, and completely forgot to offer the kids at our table their dessert that was already paid for. By this point, we had been here for quite some time already, so we decided to just leave. I also enjoyed the appetizers more than the entrees. The appetizers were super flavorful. The burger was on the blan side, the ribs also were just Okay. In general, the food is not bad, it might have just been an off night. My biggest complaints are the timeliness of the ordering and also the missing desserts.

Whenever we feel like indulgence this is our restaurant! Pricey but we'll worth it! Everything is fresh, tasteful, yummy and beautiful presentation. Service on top, our server always has awesome recommendations. Definitely the place to come on a date or bring your significant other or just celebrate life! A must!

Not sure what the issue was tonight but I was debating whether tonight deserved a one star. Irvine spectrum was packed but the restaurant was half empty. Likely partly because a hamburger nowadays is $20 but also our experience was pretty bad. From our food arriving really late to the salmon burger having a 2oz piece of salmon on it, to the French fries being cold, to our appetizer coming after our main course. Worst was that one of the meals came a full 15 mins after all the other meals so we all had to wait. When his red snapper came his side mash potato was missing and took another few mins to arrive. Our server was a bit clueless and slow. Anyhow, I am pretty sure we will never visit this place again. There is a PM in manhattan beach near my office, I may try it to see if the experience is different but the one in Irvine spectrum is a no go. Lots of better options few yards away.

The lunch special is a reasonable deal, pizza flavor was good. Overall decent location for pizza or salads, alcoholic drinks available as well. Parking is always a challenge at the Spectrum, they don't officially take reservations.

We go to Paul Martin’s for lunch and have had family events there. Needless to say, Paul Martin’s has great food. I highly recommend the salt and pepper shrimp on the appetizer menu.

We came here for the first time with a group of about ten people and I would say everyone had a great time. It wasn't very busy on a weekday afternoon so service was very personal feeling and the atmosphere was great. Additionally, the food was better than we anticipated, especially for what I would consider very fair prices. I got the classic burger and it was very good. I'd say that this was one of the few chain style restaurants I've been to where the burger came out cooked to the perfect medium I requested. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had the most amazing dinner here last week! The drink & wine list was perfect & all of our food was delicious! Service was wonderful and I think the highlights were the ribeye, salt & pepper shrimp and deviled eggs! Will definitely be back again soon!
