Ruth's Chris Steak House

The general manager Scott was so wonderful and runs a great restaurant. The food was superb! The service was bar none. Astrid and Dylan did not disappointment. So personable and knowledgeable. From the appetizer to the dessert the food cannot be beat! The service,food and atmosphere created a wonderful dining experience for my husband and I as we celebrated our Valentine's day. We are from Arkansas and used to frequent the Ruth's Chris there but I have to say that this experience will be hard to beat! Thanks so much to all of you!

Tried their happy hour menu for the first time, and it didn't disappoint.  Their happy hour prices might be regular prices to others, but for quality food, great service and atmosphere, it's worth it. We ordered the spicy shrimp, steak sandwich, and goat cheese & artichoke dip. Shared these 3 appetizers and down with some good cocktail drinks or wine, top with good company and conversation, it's a happy occasion. Initially thought that 3 appetizers won't be enough to share with 3 people, but we were wrong. Can't even finish the bread on the steak sandwich so I ended up picking just the steak. It was tender and tasty. We didn't even finish the goat cheese and artichoke dip, maybe because of the bread was filling at every bite. We'll definitely be back for more, happy hour and/or dinner.

They are all really pleasant as well. I enjoy the happy hour food menu and order the Porterhouse for 2 nearly every visit... I like to order a fresh hot plate half way thru the steak to keep it at its best...

This is one of their better locations. The food was on point and the atmosphere was great. Alicia made it a perfect night when ordering and making sure everything was on point. Even got to meet the manager that night and made sure we were taken care of. The seafood was really good and the crab cakes were excellent. So you already know the steaks were superb.

I dined at Ruth’s Chris last night with a couple of coworkers, and while one of us had been before, it was my first time visiting. From the moment we arrived, our waiter, Chris, made a great impression. He was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu, which made our experience even better. To start, we each had an espresso martini, and it was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we shared the spicy shrimp and calamari. The shrimp had just the right level of spice—flavorful but not overwhelming—and the calamari was crispy and perfectly seasoned. For our entrees, we all went with the filet, and it did not disappoint. I ordered mine medium-rare, and it was cooked to perfection. One of the standout features was that the steaks come out on sizzling hot plates, keeping them warm throughout the meal. The portion was generous, and the steak practically melted in your mouth. We also ordered a few sides: Brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was fantastic, but the lobster mac and cheese was especially memorable—highly recommended. To cap off the meal, we indulged in cheesecake and crème brûlée for dessert, which were the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic meal. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. The restaurant’s Christmas decorations were also beautiful, adding a festive touch to the atmosphere. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris. It’s absolutely worth every penny!

I was initially beyond disappointed by the attention to detail and failure to provide a celebratory environment by the staff at this location. I reserved a table for my husband’s birthday and shared on the reservation that the day was his actual birthday. I requested a semi-private area (if possible). While this is not always the case, and of that I am understanding, the table we were seated was in the middle of the restaurant. A booth behind us opened, and we requested to sit there instead as the table we were seated was large enough for 8-10 people and we were a small party of 5. The table behind us was already reserved (understandable). However, insult to injury was the preparation of that table with confetti where our table lie bare. I felt extremely disappointed and saddened to see the treatment for others that I requested for us. This was my first visit to this particular location. After discussing our concerns with Scott, the General Manager, he was able find another table and ensured our experience was remedied. He was kind and considerate in his approach. Our family was reseated to a lovely table near the window with confetti in tow. The food was as a great as we remembered. Thank you Scott for turning around our night.
