Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Some nice cheesesteak that are big portions and packed with flavor. The staff are nice and chill and they have lots of options. Also got the peach lemonade which was pretty good. The large cheesesteak was already cut in half which made it easy to share between 2 people.

Came here looking for a taste of Philly but it fell way short. I got the Large Old School Cheese steak and it wasn't big at all. They also used much less meat than I was expecting and little flavor. For $14.49 there are far better values at the mall.

This place was empty, no single customer but me. I placed my order, paid, waited in front of them few steps back, waited for a long time, no order number call, started to think it was taking way too long until I stepped 2 steps forward for one of them to hand me my order that was sitting next him and my food was lukewarm. They seem to know how to cook the food, but not about customer service.

Got the Kimchi Fries (added bacon) and OMG I wish this was available at my local Charleys. From the signage, it seems like it might be a limited time dish, so if it's offered at your local, and you like Kimchi, definitely give it a try. (If anyone from the Corporate Office reads this, I would like to suggest adding it permanently to the menu in locations that have larger Korean populations. This one certainly, but the store in Walmart nearest Koreatown in Las Vegas would be appreciated!)

I ordered chicken cheesesteak, I asked for every thing that’s included, but when I consumed it, there was no mushroom nor pickles that the reviews said need to be recognize but I didn’t get it how will I acknowledge it. Very disappointed.

Great sandwiches in a great mall. I got the Italian and it was toasted and delicious! My son and my husband got the chicken with cheese and they loved it!

California chicken is one of my favorite things to order. I also think charleys’ pickles deserve recognition. Reheated sub leftovers did pretty well too. The only way to make this sub better is to add some grilled onions. I tried the watermelon lemonade drink it was a bit on the sweeter side despite having ice on it so I probably wouldn’t have the drink again. Anyway, good customer service :) bon ap!
