Customer Review Summary

Mixed reviews for Vineyards Restaurant and Bar. Positive experiences highlight a great atmosphere with lots of greenery, and phenomenal food, particularly the risotto. Staff interactions are generally praised, especially with notable bartenders who deliver excellent service. However, there are significant complaints regarding poor service, including unavailable bartenders and long wait times. Some guests expressed disappointment with specific drinks and issues with forgotten orders. Renovations and ownership changes are noted, but the potential for improvement is recognized. Overall, while the food garners strong approval, service consistency remains a concern.

Awesome place to chill and have a much needed drink after work. Great staff, lovely bartender who knows how to make your specialty lol. Not to mention the food that comes out of here...Ahhh, The flavors are PHENOMENAL to say the least! P.S. Try the risotto...you'll thank me later! 😎😏

One of the worst hotel bars I’ve ever been at. And I’ve been to more than a few. This isn’t the first time either. The bartender isn’t friendly and routinely goes missing for 10+ minutes leaving the bar unattended. If it wasn’t in the hotel I wouldn’t come back. Just to prove my point. Here’s the bar with no bartender in sight.

Unfortunately, it was closed due to new ownership and transformation into the Marriott/Fairfield Inn & Suites. The atmosphere of its location is lots of greenery, indoor pond and guests can look down onto the atrium. I'm sure it will be very nice once the renovations are completed.

It's a hotel lobby bar, and we went there in the early afternoon while we're waiting for our room to be ready, so we weren't expecting much. But this was really bad: the mojito was laughably disgusting, 75% rum. Now I like a heavy hand, but that does not work with a mojito (specialty drink off the menu). Still no big deal though, not gonna write a bad review just for a bad drink. The whole house of cards crumbled when a half dozen other people also sat down, waiting for their rooms. Three or four got drinks, the other two were forgotten. We were also forgotten when I tried to close my tab. Three drinks total, no big whoop. Ended up paying cash instead of card. This bartender was in over her head. She flat out disappeared when the going got tough, as in I literally saw her wandering around outside. I hate to talk bad about service industry stuff, but this was a joke. Don't bother.

Awesome lunch with my sister. Gladys and Shirley were awesome. They looked after us well. Thank you Gladys and Shirley. I will definitely stop by again the next time I’m in the area.

Nice atmosphere, very good wait staff, management is somewhat unbearable, but the food on the afternoon I ate here was excellent, at a reasonable price

I went to the bead show. Lots of great beads and prices. I bought lots of beads
