Ruth's Chris Steak House

I went there for my birthday two weeks ago. Our server was very knowledgeable. Before we order, he described how the steak will be cooked and recommended us what to order on the side. We ordered T-bone steak and New York style steak. Though both my wife and I couldn’t finish the food because the portions were huge but we are very happy with the atmosphere of the restaurant and service we received that night. I will always recommend Ruth’s steak house to celebrate your special day. A five star ⭐️…..

I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris for a sister reunion/dinner and had the best time! Kevin was our host/support server and was outstanding with service, smile, professionalism, wealth of knowledge of the menu and much more! In addition Managment also went above and beyond to also ensure our dining experience wasn’t anything short of the best! We will be back! Highly recommend for small or large groups. Food was outstanding, wait time was perfect, and we even had a chef suggested dish which was also outstanding! Food was of excellent quality both presentation and taste!

I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris for a sister reunion/dinner and had the best time! In addition Managment also went above and beyond to also ensure our dining experience wasn’t anything short of the best! We will be back! Highly recommend for small or large groups. He made sure we had everything we needed! Olivia greeted us with a smile! Yavanna was so funny! She gave us great suggestions of menu options! That Cowboy ribeye was EVERYTHING! It is our fifteen year anniversary. My Husband told me 'don't do anything I'm going to plan everything. I know exactly what to do' and he did just that. First he took me shopping to find something to wear and then we proceeded to Ruth's Chris Steak House in Walnut Creek CA. The whole dining experience was welcoming. We were seated timely. Toni came over immediately with Sara & Jenny. They were all smiles and held nice pleasant conversations. We had a to-die-for 'coffee martini' that was delectable. Crab cakes. Lamb chops. Steak. Red lobster macaroni and cheese. Calamari. Everything was seasoned well and warm. I just want to be there right now. Excellent human kind service to Ruth's Chris 👍🏾

I was a bit disappointed as they are not considerate among other paying customer. The food could have been better, but my view is absolutely horrible facing my wife on our anniversary. On the other hand the service are exceptional. I would not come back here for a while as I will try a better experience and ambiance somewhere else.

The server made so many mistakes. Asked for refills for drinks- had to ask multiple times. two steaks for the table- both cooked wrong. Flavorless salmon. Birthday party- but cake brought to the wrong person. The list can go on- it was very expensive and really annoying. I expect better service for this restaurant. Very frustrating. Will not go back.
