Texas de Brazil - Carlsbad

Our friends invited us to Texas de Brazil for a delicious meat feast, and it exceeded all expectations! There were eight of us, and every single person left completely satisfied. The continuous rotation of various meat dishes was incredible—each one cooked to perfection, whether it was lamb, beef, or pork. The sides were equally impressive, with fresh salads and tasty accompaniments that paired perfectly with the meats. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant was spotless, and even though it was packed on a Sunday (it was quite noisy), it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. We’ll definitely be coming back, and not just once! Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great food and a warm dining experience.

❤️❤️❤️Definitely recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️There are a few things I would do before coming . 1 - Make a reservation and come during the week ( we came on a Wed 2/19/25 and it was a easy reservation. 2- Come in comfortable and loose fitting clothing to enjoy all the delicious food 3- Come with a empty stomach to fit more food . We had the pleasure of being seated by Rosario and she was kind and polite we sat by the Salad bar and that was the best thing we could have done. We had a few people serve us and Vinnie and Luis were exceptional with their service and support . Everything we tried was cooked well and presented with great. I loved the chicken wrapped in Bacon all the meats were moist and had all the perfect texture and flavor! The only thing I would be aware about is there red pepper 🌶️ they are so small but so spicy 🥵! I will post a picture so you are cautious. The salad bar was fully stocked and we enjoyed our dinner! Cannot wait to come back ! I would park on the other side of the mall facing the restaurant for easy access. Come and enjoy the food

This was the first time for three out of four of our party, and I will say it left an amazing impression on everyone. The service was great - our waitress was attentive, friendly, and conversational. And all of the staff delivering the meat were hospitable and came around at a good pace. The food was delicious! One of our party is vegetarian so we let our waitress know at the start, so he was charged 31.99 instead of the regular 56.99. We weren't sure if he'd have a good selection but their salad bar was extensive and he found more than enough to fill a couple different plates. I loved the meats but could go back just for the salad bar - there was a nice assortment of charcuterie items - olives, cheese, pickles, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, heart of palm, and more. Fried pineapple slices, premixed salads, and a section to make your own salad, along with soup, potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms. The meat selection included filet mignon, bacon wrapped filet mignon, tri-tip steak, parmesan chicken, a couple types of pork, plus more. The house special, picanha, was especially delightful. I definitely wanted to eat more but was at my limit by the end! I had a coupon from their online club, and there was no issue with using it at the end while we paid. It's a bit pricey but I'd say well worth the cost. We'll definitely go back for special occasions!!

Very busy night, but our server was attentive. First time at a brazilian bbq, and it was such a pleasant experience I couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was for daaaays! 😂 Salad bar was also great, and loved the banana cream cake & creme brulee 🤌 will definitely come back again!

I was debating about writing this review but honestly I'm doing it so other people are aware if they decide to celebrate an special event here. My family took me here for my birthday and although we had a reservation we had to wait, we also had to flag someone after being seated for a while without a server since we wanted to order drinks. Overall our server seemed annoyed and unfriendly with us but what really was insulting is that he brought an EMPTY PLATE without dessert for my celebration! We even saw other tables getting dessert. I felt so bad for my family since they wanted to celebrate here. This is what spending 200+ before even including the tip will get you.

Hello everyone we're back again. My beautiful goddaughter Avaya myself and her dad all went to our favorite restaurant in San Diego county Texas de Brazil steakhouse in Carlsbad. The food as always was out of this world. This was like our 25th visit to the chain most of them here in Carlsbad other visits in Vegas and Irvine. Tonight we encountered our first ever problems. First for whatever reason every time we asked our waiter for something we got the attitude and feeling that we were bothering him at one point I had to ask another waiter to find our waiter. What bothers me even more is we ordered 2 of the same deserts to take home with us. He brought me the check and said he was waiting for the 2 deserts. As I looked over the bill i found a third different desert had been added to my bill. I didn't feel comfortable confronting the waiter so I found a manager and told him I had been over charged for an extra desert. He glanced at the check and pick out the extra one at a glance and said he'd remove it from the check. He went over to talk to the waiter and 2 other employees and they all kept looking in our direction like we had done something. The waiter brought over the new check without an apology even being offered. This infuriated me and I left less than 15% as a tip. Many other waiters and waitresses there were so phenomenally attentive and good that many times I've left 25% to 30% tips. If this was a one time deal but just be safe and review your check. Guess we will go to the Irvine location for a while.... still love the food not the service.

Phenomenal all around. I can't even understand why this doesn't have a higher overall rating. All of the meat was really good, flavorful, tender and fresh and we sampled just about everything. I even liked the lamb which I dont typically care for. The salad bar was fantastic and fresh with lots to choose from. The staff was very friendly. We had a great experience

The food was marvelous! The variety of juicy succulent steaks and meats was overwhelming in a beautiful way for us meat lovers. Medium to medium well is the usual cuts of glory that fell onto my plate. My wife eats well done, no problem they go to the back and bring it for you. Service is what you want and expect. Fast, attentive, and polite. You turn the small sticker on red they stop bringing meat; you forget to turn it and leave it on green it's an all-you-can-eat competition and I promise you will not win they just keep coming. It was a great service experience. The ambiance was delightful, classy, and not crowded. Although I do wish the tables were a bit bigger or remove the centerpieces, with four people and two plates each it is hard to enjoy completely because you worry you will drop a plate. This is a must-try if you are in oceanside.
