Great service at this BJs, especially from the manager! She let us order some non-alcoholic drinks with the special limited-time bathtub mugs, and we ended up purchasing them at the end because it was such a fun and goofy experience. Good food as always, and the staff were lively and fun to interact with! Treat yourself and get the bathtub mugs while you can 🛁✨️ They're so random and fun to drink from!

BJ's never disappoints, I've been a returning customer and always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere! In this visit, we tried the BJ's vegetarian power bowl and Crispy Jalapeño burger with veggie patty. Both of them were simply superb!! The Jalapeño poppers on top of the burger were super good.

julianne was so nice and attending to me and my girls! we all got to enjoy our first jumbo pzookie and enjoyed our night. huge thank you to julianne and the GM for being kind hard workers :)

Julianne C. was the BEST server that we have ever had! Her devotion to customer service should not go unrecognized. From her greeting when she came to the table to the end when she brought out check, her service was at the pinnacle and was outstanding! I highly recommend asking for her to be your server any time that you’re at BJ’s in Carlsbad!

Dining here tonight and overall I give it three stars because we had a lot of downs with our dinner tonight but the manager on the service made up for it. We had a reservation at 7:30 for a party of 13. We were sat around 10 or 15 minutes after our reservation time which is fine. From the moment we sat down until when we got our food was approximately an hour and a half. It was very slow to get our food or drinks or even order itself. By the time the food came out around 9:00 p.m. everything was extremely lukewarm. Not a single dish at our table was hot or even semi hot. The manager ended up coming to our table and making things right. The service here was really good. Our server did her best and the manager came to address the problems. We really appreciate that a lot. I am really hoping next time we come here that things are a lot better but overall we do appreciate the good customer service that we received from the manager.

Came in on a late Friday night and got seated in the bar area right away. The food was good, atmosphere was good, but the service… GREAT. Madison was the best server I’ve had in a long time. So nice, helpful, and did absolutely everything with a smile. 10/10 for Madison! The food was really good at this location as well. Honestly, better than the other locations I have been too. The avocado egg rolls were stuffed well, the chicken wings had a ton of meat, and the flatbread came with a decent topping amount.
