A huge shout out to Denise. Our waitress was amazing. Food was great. Hospitality was spot on awesome. We had a great time. It was my first time and I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience

We went on Monday night for dinner and we absolutely loved it! The owner is super sweet and the staff is friendly! We will definitely be back soon.

A critical opinion (the good, the bad and the ugly) We called ahead the restaurant about we coming over, upon arriving we were seated right away at a nice corner booth, we all three ordered a Filet Mignon with a baked potato and salad. Our salads where served timely and was offered cheese and freshly ground pepper (nice detail) upon finishing, our Steaks were served and they were cooked just as we asked and were very good. After finishing eating server left the bill, and few minutes later came back to pick up the payment, we visited for about 10 more minutes before leaving, at no time they offered to take away/clear empty plates from the table, (good service just not complete). Now the ugly...their menu section for the steaks and specialty dinners do not list prices instead they are MARKET PRICE, I don't like to order something without knowing what the price is (don't like surprises) so I asked the server she mentioned $47.95ish, bill listed at $50.99. I would have feel embarrassed if I had asked to have price corrected so I didn't, I have always felt that restaurants use this strategy as to overcharged the guest, in my opinion is shameless at the very least...(maybe illegal (SB478)

Thank you to the Hostess, Lauren, for taking such good care of me today. The pesto sauce is out of this world. I tried picking up some sauce the other day and they were out. I mentioned that I would come back this weekend when they add some more. I walked in there today and it was already waiting for me. Lauren absolutely 💯 took care of me. Thank you!

I ordered ahead of time. My food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and waited an hour for my food.. When I walked in, it took 5 minutes just for the girl at the front to greet me. There was some confusion about the price of the food..I spoke to the little girl Laura, who was extremely rude! She was huffing and puffing like she wanted to hit me! There were about 5 other customers waiting for their food and who witnessed the little girls attitude. She was unprofessional, had no customer service skills, and should not be working at a place where people spend as much money as they do. I'd expect this type of service from an employee from McDonald's or Walmart, but not from Sorellas.

I want to start by saying that the food was delicious as always. I called in a order for an XL Calizone, minestrone soup, and some extra sauce. I was told it would take 30 minutes and arrived about 35 minutes after placing the order. I gave them my name and was asked if the order had been paid for. I had not and I was told they had never put my order into the system. I then put in my order and paid and was told 20 minutes. After 30 min I checked to see if the order was done and after waiting a while they finally completed the order. I asked about bread for the soup and was told it wasn't an entree and did not come with bread. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, so I just took my food and left. This was the second time in a row where they didn't put my order in when I called and I had to wait. Anyone else who places a take out order should make sure to ask for the price, so they have to put the order in for you then. 5 star food, 2 star service.

The food was great, but the time it takes to place ur order from the time u arrive was way too long and getting the food after ordering was again way too long again. We were here for a business lunch arrived at 1:00 pm for a party of 13 people. All orders were placed by 1:45 pm. Most orders were not brought out to the table until after 2:30 pm we were all supposed to be back in the office by 3:00 pm. I was under the impression that they don't have enough staff because it did not appear to be more than two other tables that had patrons at them
