Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse

Just tried this restaurant and to be honest the food was Amazing. Customer service second to none. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because the glass of water that was given to my wife was dirty from the rim. It had some kind of caramel like residue. We told our waitress and she immediately replaced it with a clean one. Sides and meats were amazing. The drinks are also extremely tasty.

Came here for my wedding anniversary, unfortunately I can’t give it 5 stars. The dress code as on their website is unfortunately NOT enforced. It’s a shame that you come in expecting a high end dining experience for that price, yet the atmosphere is ruined by baseball caps and leggings. This place would be magical if the dress code WAS enforced.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any pics. I've eaten at many steakhouses in 3 different countries. So my experiences have some merit to them. This place doesn't disappoint. My favorite however isn't the meat but the cheese and pineapple along with that lobster bisque! I love the different cuts of meats, my favorite when they have it is the prime rib cut, unfortunately they didn't have it for my birthday this past week, but doesn't keep me from not going back. The service is good, the manager or owner is pleasant when he's there (I think it's him) the price is fair all things considered.... so yes, i do recommend it and a dinner plate with two soft drinks is around $160.00 still cheaper then others I've been to. So don't get scared. It isnt a weekend thing you go to, more for like special occasions, which for me are plenty lol.

We had the most amazing dinner and experience here tonight which was our first time. The atmosphere and food were amazing. The service was incredible maybe even the best I have ever had. Every meat we had was a 10! So many options! I have celiac and the staff was so knowledgeable and so many options to choose from. Incredible place to eat.

What a great restaurant. The food is amazing. So many different choices for everyone. From meat lovers to vegetarians. Atmosphere is amazing . Customer service is tremendous. Managers are extremely attentive. Valentino explained everything so well. The cinnamon pineapple 🍍 was out of this world. Lobster Bisque ... Everyone in the table LOVED all the meat cuts. Cooked to perfection . Highly recommended. Pao de Queijo is tremendous.

We were a little skeptical since we weren't too sure how the process for ordering was, but the entire staff was very gracious and well informed us on how to order and how everything goes. Very friendly and great staff from the hostess to the bar, waiters, and servers. AMAZING great place. Didn't feel like we were in town with the great atmosphere (HUGE PLUS ON MY PART) and permanently on the top of our date night list. It's a MUST.

You got your pork you got your chicken you got your sides you got your salad bar amazing amazing amazing waiters waitress are very good. They keep coming by and come by to give you more and more. I always come here for birthday celebration celebrations little pricey, but it’s well worth it

During our first event, the staff was very attentive and catered to our group very well in my opinion. Completely different the second time around. When we arrived there we took our seats and unfortunately all of the utensils were taken. We requested utensils and something to drink more than once and each time the staff would brush it off and say they would let our server know. Well our server was nowhere to be found and we never received what we requested. We were stuck eating with our hands and with nothing to drink. The meat servers also neglected our table and barely showed up. Honestly this is the worst experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. I was looking forward to returning after the first time of being there but I will not be here again. Not worth it.
