My family ate here on New Year's Eve when I could not get reservations anywhere else. Service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! The Frito misto appetizer was an excellent start. The pesto dipping sauce worked well with the dish. My wife and I both ordered the Hangar steak. I had medium rare and she had medium. Both were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The potatoes gratin were rich and creamy. The sauteed spinach with garlic was seasoned and cooked well. My only gripe was that the demi glace and chimuchurri sauces we ordered were cold. Room temp would have been better. Overall we thought the food and prices were reasonable. We would definitely come back.

To be fair, it was a Busy Sat night around 7pm and we had a party of about 15, so I understand we would not necessarily get 5-star service. Having said that, had to wait a bit to get water, then wait a bit more for it to get refilled, so that's why service is only 3 stars. Atmosphere good. Parking sucked a little, but there was Ample availability behind theater w/ a walk in store. Sea bass was overcooked, my plate and my brothers plate. Spinach was good. mashed pot were great. If I'm being honest and someone asked me if I'd come back based on this visit (my first), probably not. BUT, maybe it was just the large party on a busy night thing.

Service is nice. Food is mediocre. We had the Steak and Lobster- Lobster smells, steak tastes plain. French Dip Sandwich- was okay, pretty bland, the dip didn’t taste like onion more beef broth flavor. Double Chicken Sandwich- was good, not much chicken (two strips), pesto flavor was good, fries tasty crunchy. Citrus Glazed Salmon- not good, fish smelled, not much flavor other than the glaze/ crust of the fish. Mashed potatoes pretty plain, green beans plain as well. All in all most the food needs more flavor and seasoning. Sea food gives the impression that it is not fresh. For dessert they gave us a complimentary carrot cake slice which was actually very good, cream complimented the cake.

Prime Cut absolutely blew us away! The filet was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The potatoes were heavenly, buttery with just the right amount of crisp on the outside, and the glazed carrots added a sweet, savory touch that rounded out the meal perfectly. The service was top-notch, making our dining experience even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back for another incredible meal!

Took my mother-in-law for her birthday as this place seemed to have a decent variety of choices for even the most picky eaters 😆. Atmosphere of this place is nice, definitely not a quiet candlelight dinner type place but thats exactly what we wanted. Staff was friendly and checked on us often as we were a group of 12+. I tried the bbq bacon burger and the double chicken sandwich. Both were great, I'd choose the chicken sandwich over the burger if you're torn. Other options, prime rib and the steaks which I were told were tasty. Prices are fair for these types of dishes but honestly, I'd rather just cook my own steak at home cheaper. The drinks were good, I tried the spicy margaritas and it didn't disappoint. Not much there for the kids so we had them split the spaghetti and meatballs. Give this place a shot.

Celebrated a birthday here tonight. It's a nice place. Simple, yet sophisticated decor, open feeling atmosphere & not stuffy or too loud either. Food was delicious. Ordered the cheese fondue appetizer & our first round of bread was so tosted so hard it could've broken teeth, but we still inhaled it. Waiter offered us more bread & I told him lightly toast it & it was perfect. Our food was ready quickly & amazing. Everybody loved their dinners & perfect portions too. My only issue- I wish the waiter would've cleared the old drink glasses when bringing refills. Well worth the price!

The restaurant looked nice. The food was okay at best. Nothing to rave about and I tried everyone’s plate at the table. All our sodas came out flat and when I asked for a replacement drink I was met with an awkward attitude from the waitress. I don’t think she cracked a single smile the entire time she worked. The menu was confused as if the restaurant didn’t know what theme to stick to, and not in a good way like Cheesecake Factory and their endless options, but in a bad way because it was very limited. There was only one page of menu and each section only has a few items. The starter bread was good. The salmon chowder was good but small . My glazed salmon also tasted okay but the portion size of the fish was tiny. I’m skinny and it did not fill me up. The green beans on the side were okay but the mashed potatoes??? tasted powdery like they came out of a pouch you add water to. The prime cut pasta needs to be renamed the mushroom pasta cause that’s all you can taste. The szechuan stir fry needed more sauce. The beef was decent but the overall dish was lacking in flavor and was a bit dry. I had an okay time, don’t know if I’ll return unless it’s for soup and bread 🤷🏽‍♀️

A definite place to visit! The variety of menu items is great and all are cooked to perfection! From the Stir-Fry to the Prime Rib and everything in between..you will find something to fall in love with and make it your favorite! I had the Pork Chop.. and don't let the words "pork chop" fool you. THIS Pork Chop is elevated to an entire new level - perfectly cooked, thick and juicy, served with a lovely reduction and accompanied bi tender green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. The Prime Rib was just as delicious! A selection of desserts is ready to top off your meal...try the Carrot Cake. Of course, the terrific service out our dinner over the top! Consider making Prime Cut Cafe.. and it's truly much more than a cafe... the next new place you try! (I promise you'll go back..again and again.. )
