We arrived for an early dinner and were seated and greeted promptly. Our drinks arrived quickly and meal order was taken. We waited over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We had to ask for our biscuits. The dinner was good. Another long line at the register to pay our bill.

Friday fish fry is a no-go. One fish filet cut into 4 small sections on an angle for $17 is a rip off. More breading than fish. Breading was crunchy but almost tooth breaking at times. 1 square inch of actual edible fish per section. Should have had the pot roast like the waiter was hinting at

Was not impressed at first with having to be jammed in a tiny store to just get on the list to eat. Then to have to squeeze around people to just get back out side to wait. It was so crowded in there tiny little store this morning it was a bit much for my taste especially when u have an 82 granmmy ur taking to brunch. They did have cute rocking chairs out feont for Grammy to sit it. Got in an had the best waitress I have had in years. This young lady was on top of everything and smiled and friendly. Super impressed with her! And the Apple Mimosa was awesome! And the food was amazing! There shepherds pie was so good! And Grams loved her apple something she got. These meals were on the inserts in the menus. So good!

Naye is an amazing server. Was very patient with everyone ordering. She constantly came back to check on our table. Was very attentive to our needs, AND the food was really good. Will come back.

Use to be that all Cracker Barrels was a sure bet one would get a most satisfying meal, not so these days such as this one! Cooks doing a good job, gift shop doing a good job, host doing a good job however the waitress was untrained and not willing to go the extra mile for the costumer. This is what happened to make this rating low! We ordered two beers and she brought them a little late without glasses so we asked for two glasses so she said I'll be back with your glasses and we said thank you and she had a friend setting alone at another table and she was talking with her for like 5 minutes so we asked the host that seated us to get the glasses for us. Our meal was late coming and someone else had to bring it to us while she was more interested in communicating with the lone person at the table. Anyways she acted like it's all normal and good... What's the problem attitude. Believe it or not we still tipped a low rate for what any effort she may have thought was worth working for. She lost out on a lot more. At least we had some good food. Thanks for the good chefs! 😁

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and they were very busy. We were told 35-40 minute wait and we decided to stay. I was about 15 minutes when we were call for our table. The waitress was right there getting our drinks and took our order. The food was delicious and we definitely enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and very courteous

Stopped in for lunch with friends. The food was a hit and miss. The French toast was delicious but the chicken fingers were just ok. Liked the decor and atmosphere and lots of gifts to select from when you first walk in. The prices are reasonable and the menu has a large selection to pick from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the washrooms were not clean.

The wait time was 30 min. but that does not matter as the store was busy and it happens. The text message system will let you know when you table is ready if you don't hear it over the loud speaker. It gives you time to shop the store. The server was awesome and wish everyone could be served by him. When we received our table, my chair had food in it which I had to clean up with a napkin. White bits of egg I would guess and syrup. My fork, in a paper bag as Cracker Barrel does, had yellow dried egg yolk all over it. Really gross. The server was quick to replace it but when I got the new bag it only had a fork and the knife was missing. The food took a good 45 min to get and the bacon was chewy and uncooked. The coffee was really weak despite multiple servers stating it was a fresh pot. The store was at full capacity and really busy. The customer service was awesome even at checkout. The cashier informed us of a matching item in the store for the gemmed box we bought and was quick to grab the matching item off the shelf. I have known Cracker Barrel to have higher standards and will most likely return in the future, with my own fork.
