Applebee's Grill + Bar

I've never enjoyed a meal at this location, Until recently the waiter had just entered his work place and, zoomed over and took our drink order. Thank you for the delicious food. Atmosphere was pretty but it would be a lot better if all the Christmas lights worked. The place was jumping with happy hour drinkers and all I wanted was a chicken sandwich pickles were yummy and the French fries also hot 🔥 🥰 thank you again ill be back.

Shrimp Chicken Plate: $16 Chocolate fudge cake with ice cream: $8 Good food. But I do not think it was worth the price. I guess I was paying for atmosphere.

Excellent waitress. Food was good. Requested well done burger but got pink in the center. Mistakes happen at times but we all should learn from them. They were good enough to reimburse us for that meal. Manager was very polite and courteous. Recommended this casual dining place to others.

We spent the night in Yuma after going to Quartzsite for the rock shows. We saw that there was this Applebee's close by. We went for dinner around 7 pm. The place was crowded. Which is a good sign. The food was good, the service was very good for being busy. It was nice to see the place full. Will definitely go back when we are in Yuma.

Megan was our server and she was great.. attentive, friendly and was determined that we were happy not just with our food but with the service as well. The restaurant was very clean (including the restrooms) and the outside was very well maintained too.

I don't really like to give poor reviews, but this one is unavoidable. So we went to this Applebee's twice in Yuma on back to back Saturdays for dinner. The first time we sat in the bar area on a high top 4 in our party . The bartender waited on us. The service started out okay until the meals started coming. Two of the meals were super delayed. So our parties were eating at different times. Finally had to ask the bartender what the holdup was on getting the rest of the food. She said that the kitchen was just busy. Okay. Food finally came and that one person got to eat. Poor customer service. The next weekend we came there. We sat in a booth. Our waitress was kind of argumentative about not allowing substitutions on the menu. The food did not come out as expected. This Applebee's is just different than others. It seems like customer service is not a big concern here. Finally flagged someone down to get our check after waiting. This time the food almost came out at the same time. Except for one person in our party. That was a skillet and it came out extremely late and the rest of us were almost done eating. The food was tasty and good Applebee's quality. We liked the food but not the service. Should have gone to the roadhouse. I won't make that mistake again . I would not recommend this Applebee's.
