Being from Canada I don’t often get to saunter over to the Cheesecake Factory. I wanted to come here for my birthday so we were happy to find Tucson had a location for exactly that! We had a five minute wait but we thankfully got in at the right time and avoided a crowd that arrived after. We were seated and my only complaint is how close the tables are to one another. The free bread they provide is bomb and so good- be careful to not fill up on that before the tasty meal. This restaurant is known for is expansive menu and it can be overwhelming. In my opinion it’s a great place to get share platters in a group. I’ve never had a bad meal here though- their research and story tells that story for me. Anyways I opted for the cashew chicken. It was HUGE in portion and I could not finish it. I should’ve picked something sweeter but if this was the dish you wanted it’s perfectly flavoured. My partner got the bang bang chicken and shrimp- he loved it. Being able to mix the rice himself with the meat was absolutely perfection. We shared the calamari. It was perfectly crisp and the dipping sauces was just right. We were too full and had to get the cheesecakes to go. That alone is overwhelming in selection. I will say in the past the Hershey cheesecake is TOO rich and I love me my sweets. I have had luck with Oreo if im looking for severe sugar craving but I wanted something more low key. I got the white raspberry truffle with the chocolate base. It was just right even eating it later. Their cheesecakes are astounding and I recommend coming even just for that. The menu is certainly priced accordingly and the alcoholic menu may be over priced but could be acceptable on special occasion. Our server was super attentive and friendly, it was very pleasant in experience despite being more formal in nature. Very attentive and we weren’t missing anything

We had the best server! We settled on cheesecake factory after I mentioned never having been to one after we finished our Black Friday shopping. Things were amazing there! We were seated in less than 15 minutes. Our server, Hersey S, was kind and very attentive. Being my first ever trip to Cheesecake Factory he was more than happy to offer recommendations and his personal favorites. After much debate I settled on the Honey truffle chicken and a slice of Dulce De Leche cheese cake. Let me tell you the truth here, the chicken was perfect. Fried, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Those who know anything about truffles know they can over power a dish easily, this was perfectly balanced. I will be seeking out other cheesecake factories for date nights in the future. Such wonderful food!

My wife and I celebrated our 39th anniversary . We made 11:30 brunch reservations. We were greeted warmly and sat quickly . Matt looked after us and made our day special. The food was also amazing.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son from Cheesecake Factory, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The cake wasn’t ready at the scheduled pickup time, and I watched the staff decorate a frozen cheesecake on what appeared to be an unsanitary iron table. They then forced the cake into a box that was far too small, completely ruining its presentation. By the time I got home, the cake was crushed and looked nothing like a proper birthday cake. For the price and their reputation, I expected much better. I do not recommend ordering cakes here, especially for important occasions.

Every time I go here it’s always a pleasant experience. They maintain the place really well, so it looks super clean. I don’t usually see much trash or food lying around, even on busy nights. Last night, I went with my partner because we both had a bad day and he loves cheesecake. I don’t remember our servers name, but he said he had been working for the company 10 years and came from Idaho. Super cool guy. Fun to talk to and easygoing. I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t eat much if my food, but we took it to go and it still tastes good the next day. I got the Mac and cheese burger…delicious. We haven’t tried our cheesecakes yet but they keep well until days later. Also, thank you for taking us an hour to closing. Here’s a picture of our lemonades. They are REALLY sweet but still good. I got peach and he had strawberry

Food was okay. We ordered the Jamaican black pepper shrimp, salmon with mashed potatoes and corn, ultimate red velvet care cheesecake and raspberry lemon drop.
