The service at Texas Roadhouse is excellent, and the food is amazing! We had the ribs, which were cooked to perfection, and the bread with cinnamon butter is a must-try. The sweet tea is spot on, and the fun, lively atmosphere makes it a great place for a meal. Highly recommend!

The food was okay. Our shrimp were really salty, and I ordered a medium rare steak, but it was cooked well done. I give the restaurant 5 stars because our server Sue was phenomenal. I would return because of the excellent service.

Birthday dinner was excellent. Steak was perfect, just as ordered. It's a bit loud but that's because it was packed with customers. I recommend the app, we got on the wait list while driving to the restaurant and got seated almost immediately on arrival. Try the sweet potato side with the marshmallows-yum!

We have been to this location over a dozen times. The food is great. The service not so great. This evening was busy as usual. My wife and we asked for seating in the bar area. We sat at what was clearly a table in the bar area; however, we were approached by an employee and told we could not sit there. This is the second time we have had an issue with seating at this location. Truly disappointing. We will not be returning.

This location has really gone down hill. Been a loyal customer here and back east for over 10 years. Ordered a Dallas fillet rare and got this. My wife ordered a hamburger rare and it was burnt and well done. Called and asked for a refund and all I got was excuses. This is the 4 th order in a row that the food was sub par and not prepared as ordered.

Brought Dad to Texas Roadhouse for my last night in Tucson to honor my late mother as this was her favorite restaurant. I got the 8oz fillet with mushrooms and a house salad. Dad had a sirloin with shrimp. Was a busy Friday night with a long wait but we got lucky with a spot at the bar. The service there was great and we left more than satisfied.
