Customer Review Summary
Pinnacle Peak offers an immersive Old West atmosphere with friendly, themed service staff. Food quality and portion sizes are generally good, with the Cowboy steak receiving particular praise. However, some diners find the food lacking in flavor and overpriced, with comparisons to cheaper alternatives like Texas Roadhouse. Service is consistently noted as attentive, and the venue accommodates large groups well. While many enjoy the fun ambience and family-friendly activities, opinions on the food vary, making it a mixed dining experience overall.

Pinnacle Peak is set in the Old West themed Trail Dust Town. The service staff are dressed to theme and very welcoming and friendly. Food quality was on par and good portion sizes. Had a lot leftover to take home. The Valentine's special was a great deal for two! Very much enjoyed this dining experience!

We came to Pinnacle Peak because we saw all the rave reviews. To be honest, it was mediocre at best. We tried the cowboy, the burger, the rib and multiple other items on the menu. In my fully honest opinion Texas Roadhouse would be a better option if you wanted a cheaper alternative steak/bbq option. The service was great, they were attentive but the food was lacking flavor. Overall a 2/5 star place

The Cowboy steak was delicious and highly recommended. Had dinner at Pinnacle Peak after the West Gun Show next door. Fun evening!

I'm convinced people come here for the atmosphere because it definitely can't be the food. The food is fine, absolutely nothing special, but it's way overpriced.

Plenty of parking but when it gets full you will probably have to park a distance and walk. The restaurant is a cool fun western theme with the servers dressed in western attire. It is a large place that can accommodate a lot of people. When we arrived we were seated quickly and had a server welcome us right away, and soon after she took our order our food came out right away and the temperature of our steaks were as we requested. We both ordered steaks, if you are looking for good quality steaks this would not be the place. I had a side of pinto beans and I was not happy with the taste. They give you a basket of large cut white bread, not toasted with butter. Overall not a great food experience for us but we did enjoy the old western theme and atmosphere. It is a good family restaurant for any occasion. The ceiling is full of ties from patrons that arrive with a tie on and they cut them off for fun and hang them on the ceiling. I wish I would’ve known about that, I would’ve loved to have fun with that.

Our family loves to get together at Pinnacle Peak. The steakhouse is very accommodating for large groups. Great food and friendly service! We also have rented the birthday spot for birthday parties. The kids just love the Train rides, the Ferris wheel and carousel

Such a fun place to bring your family for the evening. The steak was amazing as we're the sides. Definitely the place to go if you're hungry for an old west stylel dinner.
