Ordered medium rare porterhouse to share, it was cooked medium. Our server, Connie, came to check on us and took one look at it and immediately ordered a replacement for us that was cooked correctly. Outstanding service! The new porterhouse was the type of steak you dream about. Perfect. Entertainment was fantastic. David Argentati is incredibly talented, definitely worth catching him at any of the local venues he plays at... but Li'l Abner's should be your first choice!

Had the Porterhouse. It was good all the way through. The Cowgirl steak was good, the pork ribs were good, the corn on the cob was good, the hamburger was good! Pricey, but everyone knows this. Thank you.

I don’t know how this place stays busy. Atmosphere okay at best. Steaks way overpriced for a 1/4 inch T-bone, $44.00. Beans that came with the entree were terrible. Server was kinda indifferent, wasn’t all that attentive, didn’t seem to enjoy her job. I’d suggest finding a different place to spend a $100 bucks on dinner and a couple of glasses of wine per person. I’m usually pretty liberal on my critique’s but I disliked this place. I really like to find something I like about anywhere I dine. Didn’t happen here.

This place is still as good as I remember it from 17 years ago... Amazing bbq as always..a little pricey but portion sizes were great. I wish they offered smaller plates for people that want to sample a little bit of everything without being charged the price of dinner for 4 people. Other than that, this place was great, I never had to ask for a refill of my drink once and all of the staff were just super. 10/10 highly recommend.

Had a reservation for eight. Half of our party sat at a picnic table and half of us sat at a table. Do your butt a favor do not sit at the picnic tables. The steaks were good but overpriced. The beans I do believe came from a can as did the salsa. We ordered a couple baked potatoes and that’s just what they were no salt on the outside. They did give you plenty of butter and sour cream. We were there for a birthday. You knew we were there for a birthday because of the balloons and the gift bag on the table. Not once did our waitress acknowledge or say anything about us being there for a birthday. One person ordered cherry cobbler, it took 20 minutes to get there and it just was not worth the wait. I felt like the staff was annoyed that we were there. They were not busy. They were kind of pushy about cleaning up the plates. We were there almost an hour before we were served. Maybe they were having an off night. There are several other options in town For steak and we will look at those other options in the future.

We arrived with smiles at the door and a very friendly staff. This restaurant is probably not for everyone, it is TRULY an old school steakhouse that grills their entrees on mesquite fire pits. Their limited menu is what makes this place unique, although my wife took advantage of the salmon that was added to the menu. It was less crowded on a late Thursday evening but the live music on weekends usually packs the place. Connie and the staff were excellent and the pork ribs will challenge any other restaurant in the state.

Very good steakhouse, steak is very good and the pie is amazing. Service forgott a lot of things and needed to be reminded. Price is ok, reservation is needed. Restrooms are horrible but overall worth a visit

Ok, it had been several decades since I was here. I read some negative reviews and was really skeptical about taking my family since I had always talked this place up. We went on a Saturday night, were greeting an seated immediately, our waitress Morgan was really friendly and knew the menu and made solid recommendations. Our drinks stayed full, our steaks were cooked where we could see over an open flame, and to perfection. The beans and bread (toasted and buttered!) were surprisingly good, especially after reading a complaint about them. The cherry cobbler was out of this world. We waited for nothing, and our service was fantastic. Highly recommend!
