Our food was excellent, it was our first time here. Our waiter was pleasant, happy, and did his job perfectly. We ordered ranch rings, and smothered tenderloin breakfast burrito, so much flavor it was amazing! Inside was very inviting and calm. We definitely enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be coming back to try the desserts since they looked heavenly. 🙌🏼✨✌🏼 To ALL the parents with little ones: Only thing I did NOT like was the fact that there are NO changing tables for babies in the bathrooms, quite surprising for an establishment like this. Hopefully the owner of this place can put one in soon! ✌🏼🙌🏼

It was my first time at Firebird and celebrating a late Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend. Everything about the place was amazing, to the food, the drinks, the portions, it was so so good and such a nice experience. Mark our server also just made everything better and was super nice and welcoming, made sure were okay the whole time, and the Valentine’s Day surprise cheesecake he gifted us to celebrate, accommodated my hand being hurt and would put my plate a certain way which was comfortable just overall amazing! I will definitely be coming back for more !!

Last night my I treated my mom and bestie to dinner here. This was our first time coming here and didn't even think about making reservations. We went with the tall stool sitting area as the wait was only 20 minutes where for a booth it would have been an hour. While waiting for our text we walked around the small strip mall and did a little shopping. When it was our turn to be seated my mom realized the chairs were too tall for her to climb into (she is 4 ft 10 and has had double knee surgery) but instead of having to wait another hour for a booth (we would have had to have been put back on the wait list) we asked if we could change one of the hi back bar stool for the regular tall stool and they were able to do that. Next time we will definitely wait the extra time for a booth or make a reservation. I want to say that my favorite part of the meal was the creme brulee cheesecake, it was absolutely delicious 🤤. We all ordered Mr pibb to go with a three-course dinner along with some bacon deviled eggs to share for the appetizer. My bestie and I both had the grilled sirloin medium rare while Mom had the cilantro grilled chicken. All the dinners were very good. We all had to BLT salad, mom and I with ranch dressing while my bestie had the balsamic vinegar. All three of us ordered the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert and just loved it!!! Our server Derek was simply spectacular, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed and how the food was and if we were enjoying ourselves. We were able to go the outdoor seating area and get a group picture by the outdoor fireplace. Then on the way out we we're able to have one of the valets take a picture of us in front of the restaurant. The view driving back home was beautiful 😍. I love seeing the city lights at night.

Staff was friendly. Waitress informed us the food portions were big but my chicken and my daughter's steak were a small size. Enough to fill is up but not a big portion. If you like mushrooms you have to try the port mushrooms. Large mushrooms with an amazing sauce that I was dipping my chicken into.

Took my wife here for our 28th anniversary, the service was awesome, the staff made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. The food was excellent and well priced. My wife had the New York strip 3 course meal with parmasean mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I had the 16 oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and my wife loved her sides. The loaded baked potato wasn't the star on my plate but I haven't ever had one made any better. My wife's meal came with a delicious dessert and she picked the cheese cake bites. And this is where if I could have I would have given them 10 stars. When the dessert came out it was personalized for our anniversary and I didn't even previously ask for them to do this, and to top it off it was made specially and served with 2 forks for both of us to eat. Top notch service. Thank you so much for helping me look like a superstar husband on my anniversary.

So I went to the front desk and asked my order. The worst part is this. The lady who is brown curly hair(wearing pink jacket), was so unkind and rude. She didn't say sorry and even almost threw away my order. I felt totally offended and even thought that's because I'm asian. She ruined my Saturday night. I've been repeat and regular customer this restaurant and now this is what I got today. It's horrible. I don't know the manager see this review. But I would like to say the manager should rethink about front desk service.

I guess this is a “me too” review - I love this place too along with the other 1800 people! I’m new to Mocktails but this Blood Orange Tamed Mule is hands down the best I’ve ever had - give it a try sometime (if you’re on a workout kick like me and avoiding the hard stuff)…
