Customer Review Summary
Outstanding customer service with quick food delivery. The Irish Chef's Salad was praised for its delicious flavors and generous portions. The Ultimate Bacon Burger received high acclaim for its balanced flavors and quality ingredients. However, some reviewers experienced extremely slow service leading to poor overall satisfaction. Complaints included long wait times for seating and drinks, along with rude staff attitudes. Food quality was inconsistent, with several dishes not matching menu descriptions or expectations. While some items like the southwest veggie bowl and fried chicken sandwich were enjoyed, desserts and other dishes disappointed. Overall, while the restaurant had standout dishes and friendly service, slow service and food inconsistencies marred the experience for many patrons.

The customer service was outstanding, and my food arrived just minutes after I ordered. The Irish Chef's Salad was absolutely delicious, with ample portions of savory ham, and the pickle added the perfect zing to the salad! Great experience in Tuscon!

The Ultimate Bacon Burger earned its name! Just the words “brown sugar glazed pepper bacon” had my mouth watering before I ordered. And once it was delivered, I could hardly put it down. Conversation ceased. The perfectly matched flavor of the sweetness and salt of the bacon had me on cloud nine! The caramelized onions added an additional sweetness that balanced the savory flavor of the perfectly cooked medium rare beef. The lettuce and tomatoes were garden fresh and the pickles were perfectly crisp. The fries were crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Yes, it was a long day. Yes, I was famished. Yes I know hunger is the best syrup. But seriously this burger was perfect. This burger makes me think of the episode of How I Met Your Mother When Marshal describes the best burger in NYC. The staff is super friendly and offers suggestions- but seriously, if you’re anywhere near this place and you need to eat, THIS is where you need to eat. $18 may seem steep for “just a burger and fries.” Let me assure you, this is not just a burger and fries. It’s WELL worth it.

Staff were extremely slow, we saw people walk out multiple times, while waiting to be seated. we got seated quickly but took 20 minutes to get drinks. There were plenty of empty tables, it was not busy. They had 2 staff plus a bartender so no excuse. Had to walk up to the bar to pay because staff continuously disappeared for 10-20 minutes at a time. They would just disappear into the kitchen. even when people were waiting at the door to. E seated and they told them itd be a minute! I could have set these poor people, again plenty of empty seats. When I pointed out people had been waiting to be seated I was rudely told they would be helped when they had time. The staff just had no F'"KS to give. I left a 0 tip after the attitude the long wait. We came in at 6:52pm 2 people, and we didn't leave til 8:20 due to the horrible slow service. We will Never will go back. We had 2 more groups walk out when we left as they had been waiting so long and no one had sat them. Disgraceful. Staff should be fired for such rude behavior and speaking to customers as they did. I would like management to reach out as this was uncalled for behavior.

The food was great. The southwest veggie bowl with grilled chicken was so good. I almost order a second one to go, so I could have it tomorrow. Husband got carnitas tacos, said they some of the best he's had in a long time.

Ordered a ribeye that was supposed to come with asparagus and a baked potato. Received a steak with a really strange texture and taste that did not have the composition of a ribeye at all. Also got rice and an overcooked vegetable medley instead of menu sides. No explanation or question if cheap substitutions were ok. Normally I would have tried to resolve this, but was uncomfortable doing so around colleagues I didn’t know. Several others ordered the fettuccini and it came with penne instead and looked nothing like other reviews. Maybe there were supply issues tonight, but it’s a Friday night…and again, no communication about the substitutions. I have no desire to come back and would not recommend to anyone else.

Busy hotel restaurant. I had the fried buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was seasoned well and tasty and the fries were hot and crispy. I had the warm caramel apple pie which had a weird soft graham cracker like crust that was equal parts dry and soggy. I drank an ice tea. I give the sandwich a 5, the pie a 3. The service was slow but it was super busy so I'd give service a 4. Overall expensive for what you get. I had a $15 Hilton coupon so with a 20% tip I paid $22 which for what I got still felt a little pricey.

$8 cheesecake left me sad. $14 Irish nachos were no better. I don't know which detail to point out as the least pleasant, be it the cheese whiz, the congealed white cheese, or the dried little pieces of pastrami. Regardless, the only saving grace is the service as everyone is always pleasant. It's a shame about the food though.

I should have stopped at a fast food…first, I stood about 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend me and guide me to a table..second, I ordered salad with steak and ate the parts I could chew because I was starving. I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea to make a salad from the toughest raw greens like Brussel sprouts and kale. It wasn’t the type of crunchy that you would prefer. Definitely will not be back.
