Ordering any sort of modification on fajitas is an up charge. Substituting the meat for asparagus or a black bean patty(which is a free substitution on the burgers), is an up charge. The manager is basically saying his hands are tied and that there is nothing that can be done and how he sees how it could be confusing to us and we were charged for the presentation and experience of dining out, and a fajita with less stuff on it will cost more because it has to be customized. Also the handicapped stall door in the men’s restroom is a shower curtain.

Chili's is always consistent! Was immediately welcomed by a very energetic hostess who had us seated without delay. Our server was super prompt and took very good care of us. Our drinks arrived fast. Our meal arrived quickly. Again, Chili's is consistently good. We had the smokehouse combo and the classic chicken crispers. Very happy with this location.

My husband and I came here expecting typical grill and bar food but we were blown away by what the kitchen prepared. I ordered the Big Rancher burger and it was probably the best burger I've ever had and it was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was amazing! The restaurant was packed but she never missed a beat. It never felt like the wait between her check ins was too long. All the staff deserves some recongition: the bartender who made and delivered out drinks, the hostess who made sure to verify our table was wiped down before seating us, the other waitresses and waiters who were hustling with their tables, and the food runners who delivered everything with a smile and never made us feel like we bothered them for asking for additional condiments. Whoever the manager is here, they've done well with their amazing team

From the time I walked in to being served, the staff was kind and attentive. My food didn't take long and came to my table hot. I saw satisfied with my food and service.

The food is consistently fresh, hot and always prepared to order. The service is always friendly, genuinely caring and efficient. Shoutouts to Sam, Connor, Danni, Steven and Chelsea. They always greet me with a kind word and a smile. This restaurant is always neat and clean which puts you at ease and confident your meal is safely prepared and served.
